As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. As with many European buildings, the access to second floor apartments requires several flights of stairs, in this case, four. Elderly or mobility-compromised persons may find them challenging but we were very careful and cautious and had no real problems navigating them.

Would absolutely stay again, had such an amazing time and felt right at home.

Our stay was beautiful! The neighborhood is really nice, very quite area, the apartment was just as described and shown in photos. Convenient location as there are a couple of supermarkets, a bus station, some restaurants amongst other things near by. The beach is accesible by a short walk (about 15 - 20min), the surroundings are very safe, only thing worth mentioning about it is that there is no sidewalks by the roads, so you have to keep an eye on passing cars and make sure to walk very close to the side of the road. If you're looking for a nice and quiet place at Porti Rafti this is definitely the place for you! We highly recommend

We loved this beautiful condo with all the modern amenities.The view is spectacular! There are 3 steep flights of stairs,as well as a small elevator,to get up to the rooftop condo. Absolutely beautiful place,well equipped kitchen.Floor to ceiling windows throughout the home with automatic blinds.We only had 3 nights booked but it was a highlight of our trip to Greece.We did not rent a car and the super markets were .9miles away.There are no shops close by but alot of restaurants within walking distance and places to swim at the beach.Shower was amazing,great water pressure. Did not want to leave! Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at Miltos’s apartment. You literally could not ask for a better place in the middle of Plaka…but totally pin drop quiet inside. The apartment is spacious and well laid out with a nice kitchen that has everything. We did cook while we were there! The only drawback is the very weak Wi-Fi which Miltos said he is addressing. And around the corner is a wonderful Hammam! It was a great experience staying in his apartment in Athens. 🙏

Location, location, location. 1/2 block from the main square. It’s very busy but you can walk to everything. View from balcony of the Acropolis is from the side but it’s still great. We walked in different directions every day. Many, many restaurants, taverns everywhere. Check out the rooftop restaurant right on the corner. You enter the elevators right near the subway. Worth the stop. If you’re up to it, walk a number of blocks away from the main tourist areas or grab the subway (right next door)to find restaurants with better bang for the buck. We took the subway out when we left, super easy to do even with luggage and straight to the airport. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Everything was great the house had everything was spotless and modern the host was quite helpful and always available any time of day,the amenities were exactly as described on the page we had no problem. Also the house is a five-minute walk from the wonderful area of the regiment.. thank you for the wonderful service and accommodation in your appartment.. we highly recommend ❤️ it to anyone who wants to spend a great night mainly with a couple.. (incredible hot tub to try it if you repair the space)

Great place to stay for a few days away, friendly host, great view from the balcony, close enough (30 mins) to walk into the city centre, located in a quiet neighbourhood, would recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Yannis and Tax, miss Flora who was super helpful and this amazing airbnb. not only we were able to drop our luggage early but we were allowed to check in early and felt right at home. they have us so many great recommendations and even hooked us up with a local taxi driver to take us to the ferry after check out. we will 100% return and recommend this place to anyone! thank you guys for everything
