Ideal place for a solo traveller exploring the city. Located in the very centre near to various landmarks, hangout places and the metro. The apartment is modest but sufficiently equipped. Despite its location, there is no noise from city as window is oriented in courtyard.

The house is very nice and very close to the subway. There are also several supermarkets nearby.

Everything was very good and I will recommend this place to my friends!

This apartment is very well located, the area is centrally located, quiet, the bus goes through the street where the apartment is and has a Mercadona one block away. Pablo is very friendly, friendly and was always aware of if we had any questions. The apartment as such was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a good vacation. 100% recommended.

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

María Jesus was an excellent host and the apartment was perfect for our needs. Very close to the excitement of Malasaña, but offered a nice reprise after long days of walking the streets. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and equipped to the smallest details. One of the most beautiful apartments I have encountered. It is clear that a lot of thought has been put into creating a pleasant stay. The view is stunning as well. Alicia was helpful with advice and responded quickly to any needs. Large, modern and bright home with very good views of Madrid and the mountains behind. Balcony all around! We used public transportation, and you have to expect 45-50 minutes of transportation into the city center. But we were prepared for that! However, when we discovered how cheap and fast it is with an Uber car, that became our preferred solution for the evening home trips, being tired and just want to go home and to bed!😴

The apartment is excellent, the location is great, just a few steps away from all the attractions in the center of Madrid, a neighborhood with a lot of activity but you can't hear a single noise in the accommodation. Easy to get to, easy to enter, it has an elevator, the two bathrooms are very comfortable. It was everything we were looking for. The host welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions. Highly recommended!

Apartment is remodeled, modern Style with blend of exposed brick and highlights the support beams. Very good taste in design and flow. Would definitely stay here again

The place is in a great location for visiting Madrid. I walked almost everywhere and if not then the metro is really close. Seo was very helpful as a host and made checking in and out easy and seamless. One thing to be aware of is that the place is pretty much below ground level (which is outlined by Seo) so there isn’t a lot of natural light or an outside space. Therefore I would recommend this place if you want a place to rest after long days out in Madrid. I spent a day in the apartment doing some work and it felt a little dreary because of lack of natural light. But overall a great place to stay. Thank you Seo.

What a great place. Communication ahead of the stay was great. Camila met us at the apartment and showed us everything. The place was spotless and well stocked in the kitchen and with toiletries. The location is great and we walked everywhere. Thank you for a great stay.

Ammar was very flexible and always available to answer any questions. The place was clean and as described, we had no issues during our stay. There was a blackout in the city during which we couldn’t reach him so he slipped in a note to ensure we are okay. He even helped with a list of recommendations for Madrid. Would definitely recommend this place.

I had a great stay in Madrid! The location was perfect—very walkable, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major sights. The highlight of the apartment was definitely the sauna, which was such a relaxing treat after long days exploring the city. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid!

My Spanish wife and I stayed for the entire month of April. We visit Spain most every year so we can visit her family. Lovely place, we loved the location: Close to TWO metro stations, a great supermarket and LOTS of shopping and restaurants. Even though we were close to the center, it did not feel over touristy, we felt like we were really living in a Spanish neighborhood. We loved the big, luxurious master bath, though we never used the bathtub. The second bathroom is tiny, NOT for big people. We never had to use the heat or A/C so I cannot comment on that. Gigi is a good host. Absolutely recommend!

The stay was great, the house is as shown in the photos. Good patio that for when the weather is good, it's a pass!! The house is very well located, 5 minutes from Segovia and the Farm, and 20 minutes from the Sierra de Navacerrada. The owner is very friendly and very attentive and responds super fast!!
