Weiter befinden sich in der nähe ein Hallenbad, eine Eishalle und ein Tennisplatz. Das Schigebiet liegt 300m entfernt und ist zu Fuß in 5 min. erreichbar. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.

In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.
