We totally enjoyed the apartment and specially the beautiful views.

It was a quiet stay, easy location to find. However, on weekends the street is quite crowded and there may be traffic jams. The hostess is very kind, polite, proactive and very, very attentive. The accommodation itself is quiet, clean and met expectations.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation! The location is simply perfect — a few meters from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The atmosphere is super cozy, clean and well decorated, with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.

Our stay was good! The hostess, Ane, was extremely communicative and friendly from the moment we arrived, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The premises of the apartment were very well equipped, providing everything we needed and more. Attention to detail was evident in each corner, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The only point that left us a little dissatisfied, but which we understand to be fair under the circumstances, was the structure of the building. As it is located in an old quarter, facilities such as elevator and corridors were not in the best condition. However, this did not significantly compromise our experience, especially considering the excellent cost-benefit offered. In general, we can say that this is undoubtedly one of the best options in Ponta Negra. The combination of an attentive host like Ane and the facilities.

Wonderful apartment, comfortable, clean, sleeps 4 people easily. Part of the kitchen has everything. You can make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a convenience store inside the condominium where you can make the necessary purchases. Wonderful laser area with 4 heated pools. Restaurant in the leisure area until 10 p.m. Playroom, game room, beauty salon, whirlpool room. Priscila Anfritian was wonderful, giving us her full attention. Extremely safe condominium.

Eduardo was very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see, but still quiet and I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The residence is still beautiful and it has even improved: easy check-in on arrival and access during the stay, loan of chairs and umbrellas for the beach, open restaurant and pool bar. Claudia is a very nice, responsive and friendly host. She spared no effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible! I would highly recommend it

Great location. Close to several great quality restaurants. Close to the beach. View from the balcony and the rooms to the beach. The two comfortable rooms, with air-conditioning and a very good bathroom. Kitchen with several utensils that help in everyday life (mystery, toaster, electric bottle, rice cooker) and with a good-sized refrigerator. Stove with two burners and various types of pots and pans. TV in the living room and bedrooms. Very polite and helpful building doormen. We loved the stay.

Great place to stay , a good location, there are little bars nearby for those who like to enjoy the night . The site was clean and well-organized, reception staff are well-educated. The hosts were very flexible, gave tips on things around the flat and responded very quickly. I and my cousin love it, we will definitely return .

It was excellent! I had already stayed in another apartment in the same hotel, but it didn't have a balcony and this one was even better, more spacious and exactly as described! The hotel bar is excellent too, as is the pool! It's well worth it!

Perfect accommodation for those who want to go to Natal and do not want to stay in the surrounding inns. The room is exactly like a hotel room and is exactly what is in the photo! The view is SPECTACULAR! What he doesn't tell you is that in the hallway there's a really cool window that has an amazing view of the city, and the night is even more perfect. Oh, it already has shampoo, conditioner and soap! Very amazing! One part that bothered me a little was the shower door, which if you let go of it, it hits and gives you the feeling that it's going to break, but otherwise it was perfect! You only need to adjust the blindex issue. I'll go back a thousand times!
