Great accommodation, perfect location, close to numerous restaurants and the beach. It has securely covered parking. 24-hour gatehouse, very kind and polite. The place is large and clean, it served us perfectly. And the view, I can't forget, it's wonderful, facing the sea, it has an incredible sunrise. I recommend and will be staying again.

The stay was great! We were made to feel very welcome, the reception staff were very attentive and explained everything well. In two days we arrived at dawn in the building but we had no difficulty in accessing it. I thank Diego so much for being able to make our departure time more flexible. And finally, the location is also excellent, we are able to get around on foot to all places (beach, restaurants, etc.).

Olga and Eliana were great hosts and they met us in all our requests! We did not carry iron and got one for us and the place is really very cozy!

The apartment is very good, at first we are afraid for not having air conditioning, but we do not miss it, because the apartment is super airy. It is very close to the mall then, saves very easily by finding everything in one place, market, restaurants, outside that the super polite host on time, really good.

The location is excellent. It has everything you need in the apartment: complete kitchen, with microwave, toaster, stove, fridge, washing machine. Living with TV and internet. 2 (two) bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. It has soccer field, court, swimming pool, gym. The place exceeded my expectations. Solange is wonderful. We met very well, passed all the guidelines, left several mimos in the ap for us, various chocolates, panetone and snacks. All very clean and organized.

I went to Natal with my wife and we stayed in this apartment. I can say it was an amazing experience! Iza is very solicitous, polite and caring. Always with great tips and caring about every detail. The site is even more beautiful than in the photos, fully equipped, clean, bedding and smelling towels and has all the necessary utensils for everyday life. The view is exceptional and the location is indeed privileged. It is steps from the beach and close to markets, bakeries, pharmacies and restaurants. I will stay if I have a chance to get a chance.

Very pleasant experience, cozy environment, large space, well located house with various options for food, near pharmacies, market academy. Wellma, a very proactive host, always responded quickly and efficiently. Super I recommend Wellma's house, we will definitely return in a new opportunity. This is the third time I have been to Natal and of the 3 houses I stayed without a doubt, this was the one that brought the best experience. Thank you very much for allowing us to feel at home.

Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

Wonderful home to enjoy with family and friends. The house has all the necessary structure to accommodate well ~15 people with a lot of comfort, but more people fit! It has a lot of kitchen utensils, bedding, towels... you don't have to worry about taking anything, other than a sandwich maker and air fryer to make things easier.

I'm writing this assessment because I like to be fair and give back when I'm treated well. We had an amazing stay at Rafael's house. In addition to an extremely pleasant bed for sleeping and a beautiful shower for bathing, we were able to count on clean, organized, airy and easy accommodation for my whole family.
