Kamal and his amazing family were some of the most attentive and kind people that I have ever met on my travels. They always welcomed me each day with smiles and joyful energy. They were genuinely concerned for my well-being, not only on their property, but in their neighborhood. Despite the busy and noisy location of the pyramids, they always offered assistance to help me get to and from. They will also make sure that your desires are met and that you have many options to optimize your length of stay there. They actually go “above and beyond” in my opinion to offer an amazing opportunity to see many parts of Egypt. The view from the rooftop is spectacular. They were very attentive to my food allergies and offer a great variety of options. Mohamad Ali, my joyful and kind driver, thank you my new friend! Abdul and Mona, my guides were fabulous! So grateful for their knowledge of history and patience with me as a new visitor to Egypt. This family is now a part of my heart!

When I got there the first night, I was exhausted, they marketed the tour group to me, and I didn't feel free.But after that all was good, no more marketing and would respond to my needs like breakfast service and laundry service.They also helped me with my luggage, which was appreciated. The terrace of the hotel can be sunbathing comfortably.And the cats at the hotel are cute.

the location was ideal. near by bus station and local transport.easy to go around..Madonna and her husband so friendly and helpful.all was asking me for if I need any help.even Madonna make me breakfast and lunch.coffe and tea offer me all the time.i just love their hospitality.and Madona husband take to city tour but did not let me spend any money.. because place is so quiet.i had a very good sleep.. apartment is so nice and clean...I am so thankful.. highly recommend.
