Kazuma’s place is not only clean but also homey. It may not have the newest features, but to me, that only adds to its charm; it reminds me of my grandmother’s home.

Really lovely stay! It was very clean. Many towels, pillows, blankets were provided. It was a fairly quiet area. The air conditioning was great. Would recommend this location if you are trying to stay closer to Gion. It is further from the train station, but everything is pretty spread out in Kyoto.

Do not hesitate to stay here. We loved the neighborhood and it was relatively easy to get to USJ and the aquarium. It is also close to groceries and really anything you would need. All the little touches and directions on how to work things was helpful. Kiki and her family are so kind. They really try to make you feel at home with their place. I would definitely recommend and stay again when coming back to Osaka.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cottage. The house was very clean and spacious. For us, the best part was the location. It truly felt like we were locals living in the community where Cozy Cottage is located. All of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time, and the stay definitely made our time in Kyoto extra special. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a bit of a slower pace in Kyoto.

This place was absolutely amazing. Super spacious, comfortable, and just a short walk from the train station. The views were phenomenal, and taking the bike around the community was a highlight. Just be ready for a few hills (you’ll feel in shape after!). The beach is right in front of the property, and the night views are unreal. There are some awesome local food spots and cozy cafes nearby. The host and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their home is beautiful. I’m already looking forward to planning another trip here. I’d absolutely recommend staying if you get the chance.

If you are looking for that ideal blend of tradition and modernity - don’t miss this awesome place! The place was so well setup and every amenity you would need is there. What makes it even sweeter is that there is a 711 bang opposite and the station is very close. I would definitely want to stay here every time I visit Kyoto! Loved it!

Michiko's place was great, she was very responsive and friendly!! the area was nice, a private walkway nearby to restaurants and walkable distance to Nishiki market!! Also, walkable to Shijo station to get around Kyoto!!

Shoji and his family were exceptional hosts. They were very accommodating with our stay as well as very kind and sweet. The location was less than a 10 minute walk from several markets, restaurants, and train stations. The area has endless history and culture to enjoy as well. I appreciate and highly recommend this peaceful and welcoming stay :)

May was terrific. If you want to live like a local in a high-end apartment, this place is it. Beautifully decorated. No shoes. Proper heated bathtub. 4 floor walkup. Not a place for big suitcases as staircase is very narrow by USA standards but spacious in the rooms with large closets. The tatami bedroom is lovely. But for those who want a western bed, the 2 small singles with very firm mattresses are an alternative.

Kikka was truly nice to deal with. She was so helpful and patient with all my questions, which was a lot. It is my first time to Japan and I am so glad she was our host. Her accomodations are perfect for 2 persons with a beautiful view of the river. The location is great , close to the Namba station where we were able to do day trips to Korasan and Nara so easily. The restaurants on the same street as her accomodations were incredible. Simply put a very convenient location and very cosy accomodations provided by a super nice host. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Absolutely no disappointments for myself and daughter.

Beautiful apartment located 5 min walk to all activities and shops in Dotonbori. It's a 2 bedroom apartment with a wardrobe per bedroom. The toilet, sink and bathtub are well separated. There is a washing machine available as well as laundry detergent. If you have a car, there is ample parking at the foot of the building. Bonus: there is a beverage vending machine at the entrance!

Everything was fine. They were clear and responsive when you needed it. The place was nice and peaceful—a good location between the two main stations.

Excellent location, close to Nipponbashi MRT station.If you have heavier luggage, it is advisable to walk the lift at Gate 5. A lot of food around the homestay, it is more lively at night, and it is also convenient to walk around Shinsaibashi or go to other shopping circles.

The location of the house is very good, very close to the Nipponbashi subway station, you can walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi business district, very convenient to go around.There are many convenience stores and restaurants around the house, it is very convenient to eat and shop, highly recommended.

This place is exactly as all the other five-star reviews describe. The host is considerate, kind, and responsive. The space is quiet yet close to several major stations. The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

From the initial contact & instructions to the interaction we had with Bi and his team, they were friendly, professional and flexible. The location of the apartment is exceptional- unbeatable in Osaka. Right on top of Kuramon Market, close to Namba station and a stones throw away from bustling Dotombori. Somehow though, the area is super quiet at nighttime and we slept really well in the comfy beds. Can’t recommend this listing enough 💯

The B&B is very clean, especially the bedding is very comfortable!I always bring my own sheets when I go out, but the bedding in the B&B is more comfortable than my own!I slept every day and didn't want to get up. The🥰 location is also good. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

It is the best location in Kyoto. There is a bus stop in front of the house, and it is easy to get around with buses of various routes. Even though it's a tourist destination, you can relax in the quiet surroundings. It's enough to feel the atmosphere of a Japanese house. The host is always kind and quick to respond. I was particularly impressed by the consideration from the guest's point of view. I'll definitely visit again next time I come to Kyoto~ Thank you

Sakura was an amazing host! Her communication was quick, clear, and incredibly helpful throughout my entire stay. The location couldn’t have been better, everything I needed was just a short walk away, from restaurants to convenience stores and train stations. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Quiet, residential area for maximum 6 people that is close to JR station and local bus, both of which gets you to major tourist sites and neighborhood. There is a 5 minute walkable ramen and sushi conveyor belt restaurant. Maya/host was very responsive to all my questions or concerns. I'd recommend!

We loved our stay here! 7/11 on the ground level was a massive bonus. Great location and nice and spacious! Highly recommend
