入住前房东给了我们详细的入住手册，对于如何入住、登记进行说明；房子在靠今里站的附近，附近有罗森和吃饭的地方，出行便利；房间内有三张榻榻米，所以最好自带床上四件套，床数是根据我们的出行人数安排的（有多位/异性同行人的旅客可以参考我们的评论）；总体来说居住感觉还是不错的

非常溫暖非常乾淨舒服的一家民宿。 從一開始的聯絡到接待，四天的過程到最後的退房，Yumi屋主都讓我們非常感動。值得推薦，我們也立刻再次安排跟想預約了下次的旅行再入住。 這次因為帶著三個小小孩，分別是三歲五歲跟八歲，行李非常多，衣服可以每天洗跟快速乾燥隔天就可以再穿，讓行李的數量大幅減少覺得很感恩。因為要泡奶跟大量飲水，Space goen也無限提供品質很好的飲用水（冰常溫熱水）真的很感恩。 床墊軟硬適中很好睡，棉被也好舒服，很多的細節都顯示出屋主的用心。 民宿一出去就有便利商品跟水果店，走路五分鐘就有滿滿餐廳選項，不到十分鐘有天王寺大站可以通往神戶大阪跟新幹線。 推薦理由整理如下： 1，適合全家老少幼兒入住，長輩可以睡一樓有浴室洗手間 2，附近有公園地鐵美術館動物園寺廟 3，民宿主人非常親切溫暖 4，價格超級優惠 5，全新裝潢 6，備品齊全 7，地點非常好 CP值超級高，太開心了！

すごく綺麗で6人で泊まっても広々余裕で使えてよかったです！ 設備もどれもすごくいいもので、特にサウナや整い椅子がとっても良かったです！ すごく良かったのでできたらもう少し滞在できる時間、サウナを利用できる時間が長くなったらいいなーと思いました！ でも本当に満足です！ありがとうございました！

This was me and my friends first trip to Kyoto so we were a bit nervous but Keiko was the sweetest person ever. We got lost after we landed so we showed up a bit late but she was very understanding. She made us feel very welcomed and her cooking is amazing. I truly believe that if you are considering to stay here you will feel very welcomed and comfortable. It is easy to navigate to places from the station and is a beautiful home with a lovely host!!

exactly as described! peaceful and beautiful! everything in the apartment was top notch and the apartment was full of ameneties that were needed and more. the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. the location is peaceful and walkable but it is not very close to the train station. personally, we didnt mind the 15mins walk there and back though and it was well worth the peaceful and nice apartment. the host was wonderful and shared some local paths to walk in the bamboo forest right next to the house. would love to stay there again in the future. thank you again Naoko!

Absolutely gorgeous place with very welcoming hosts. We had a great time and we were served delicious dinner and breakfast after we took a bike ride around the neighborhood to see the gorgeous local temples and vistas

Absolutely recommend this stay in Osaka! The apartment was spotless and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities—and the host went above and beyond with warm hospitality throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the buzz of Dotonbori, but in a quiet enough spot to relax after a big day. Comfortable, convenient, and full of charm—don’t hesitate to book!

The host was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere was always friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for me since I was attending a conference at the international conference centre (20 minute walk). The facilities were excellent for the price.

Seconde fois que je viens dans cet air BNB. cela m'avait tellement plu lors de mon premier séjour en solo que pour moi c'était une étape obligatoire pour le voyage ou je fais découvrir le Japon a ma mère. Ce fut une nouvelle fois incroyable Ichie san a été très gentil, nous a beaucoup aidé et a cuisiner très très bien. je conseille fortement, cet Airbnb est un réel trésor, que ce soit humain, en conseil, en discussion ou en souvenirs. La chambre et les futons sont très agréables et confortables.

We stayed at four airBnb‘s in Japan and all have their good points, but this was by far the best. Located in a quiet suburb so not walking distance to the main sites of Kyoto, but with some lovely sites that we would not have seen otherwise Close by. It was as simple Uber ride or train ride to get into Kyoto for main sightseeing and it was lovely to come home to a quiet un bustling local with a wide choice of excellent restaurants to choose among. The apartment itself is spacious, by far the most spacious we stayed in And it’s part of a an apartment complex which has a small gym. Nori and Fumi even served us breakfast all three days we were there in another upstairs breakfast room. To top it off, they picked this up and dropped us off at this train station three days later. All in all it was a really welcoming and comfortable place to stay, well worth the price we paid

Close to Fukushima station, close to luggage delivery office (open only Saturday /Sunday). Room was clean, bathroom was spotless. Laundry powder, vacuum cleaner, washing machine was provided. Would stay here again.

let me check-in early because the room was ready which I appreciated so much. Breakfast snacks left in the room as well which was very hospitable of the host and overall the place was huge, comfortable and perfectly clean. The area is walking distance to the main dotonbori sights and was ideal for my short trip. we would stay at this same airbnb again !

This guest house is will be the best choice. The host tommy is very kind and mindful. He speaks english very well, so someone who didn't speak japanese will be satified. Also, the domitory bed was very nice. It's cozy and comfotable. And Tommy will give you breakfast If you request. The toast was tasty. I recommend this guest house, you will not regret your choice. Had a wonderful stay in this traditional Japanese room. The host was very friendly and accomodating. He provided us delicious breakfast every morning and gave us good tour spot recommendations. We felt comfortable and welcomed here. Would definitely come again on our next Kyoto trip.

Chieri en haar moeder en hun schattige hond zijn hele lieve hosts die er alles aan doen om je verblijf een echte authentieke Japanse ervaring te laten zijn. Hun huis is prachtig ingericht, ruim en voelt heel fijn en gastvrij. Het café en de biertuin van Chieri zijn ook zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken. Het eten en drinken en het gratis Japanse ontbijt waren heerlijk. En als je nog authentieke Japanse souvenirs zoekt zijn die hier ook te vinden. Al met al een perfecte plek om even tot rust te komen na het bezoeken van de drukke steden als Kyoto en Osaka.

I haven’t been to an such amazing place in a long time. Kazumasa and Hiroko are one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. The location is breathtaking which invited you to stay more than just a few days. I only stayed 2 nights and wished I had more time. Hiroko gave me some really nice recommendations where I should go and what to do. The breakfast was also super delicious and plenty. Mabulin the dog will welcome you with his playfulness and cheeky character. If I happen to be back in this area I definitely will stay with them again. Thank you

I enjoyed my stay here. Friendly staff, very clean room, convenient to bus and subway stops. Also a short walk to the busy shopping street. Breakfast there was a bonus. Very delicious!

het huis is prachtig, vooral de familiekamer is erg de moeite. de badkamer is gemeenschappelijk maar dit gaf nooit problemen. het ontbijt was echt voortreffelijk, het personeel één voor één heel sympathiek. ok wil heel graag terug.
