Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. A mile from the Höga Kusten bridge is this cozy house by the bridge of the small Sandöbron. The house is located high with a view of the Ångermanälven river. Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights found in the High Coast area. A lovely glassed-in porch where you can sit and blend in the bravades of the day. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. A travel cot is available for the smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year around living.

A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities.
