Please Note: The lively location means it's not ideal for those seeking complete quiet. We have a 15% weekly and 30% monthly discount. Ask us for a long-term stay beyond 3 months.

Additionally, the living space is on the bottom unit, offering separation from the bedroom in the upper unit which ensures privacy and comfort.

Renovated in 2020; beautifully decorated with traditional Newari bricks, carvings and paintings passed down from old Newari family. Located away from hustle and bustle of busy city life but within walking distance to ambient cafes, restaurants and convenient stores. Fast and reliable WiFi available. Washing machine and fully equipped kitchen available for longer stays.

Charming, fully furnished spacious studio in the heart of Patan, 250m from Durbar Square and 100m from the Golden Temple. Queen-sized bed, AC(hot and cold), and 24-hour hot water in an inviting and safe neighborhood. Double-glazed glass ensures a peaceful stay. Perfect for a sun-porched getaway.
