We love this Villa, the plane is delayed more than 1 hour but the host still waiting and preparing cakes and water, our children are very hungry and thank you much for this welcome, the pool is large and the living room is very big. Quiet green space. We would come back and recommend this Villa to our friends.

Highly recommend staying at the villa! The place is stunning, clean and looks exactly like the photos. The location is within walking distance of everything around the Old Town and night markets. Minh and Tam were also really friendly and helpful. They gave good recommendations and offered to organise cars and transport for us when whenever we went out. They checked up on us daily to see if we needed anything and honestly, this is the perfect stay in Hoi An. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

First of all, I really like it. The air conditioner is working well Personally, I like the bathroom. The toilet is equipped with a bidet and is the best.

I had a wonderful stay at Huyen's villa. Right from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the host’s warm hospitality and attention to detail. The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed The location is also super convenient: just a 5-minute drive to the beach and a short walk to the Han River, which is a lovely place to unwind in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe, thanks to its location near the Chinese Consulate. There are also plenty of great local eateries nearby, so exploring Da Nang’s food scene was easy and fun. All in all, Villa is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation — a great mix of comfort, tranquility, and nature. I’d definitely love to come back!

Staying at Thuy’s home was a relaxing and restorative experience. We felt immediately at ease amongst the rice fields slowly being harvested throughout our stay. We were consistently wowed by the contemporary interiors and ample social space (many hours spent in the pool away from the heat of the day). The bedrooms were generous and gave our small group time space away while the big central atrium was a brilliant way to call out to each other for a morning coffee. An Mỹ is only a short ride away from the centre of Hội An and offers a slower pace than the busy historic centre. There are great coffee places within a 2 minute bike ride (we loved Coffee Xóm Chiêu). Cycling along the rice paddies during the sunset was like being in a film; kites flying, water buffalo strolling the fields, and farmers bundling dried rice. We can’t wait to be back!

No words to explain how lovely this stay was. Dinh was the most amazing host. So thoughtful, caring and sweet. We accidentally booked a night less than we were meant too and she let us move into the other room she has available. She gave us advice for activities, her food at her restaurant was so good! Super helpful with other things like flexible check in, extra pillows etc and the place was better than we expected. Would have loved to stay here longer but would definitely come back

I booked it because the lodging was so pretty in the photos at first I think I was actually more satisfied. The luxury interior and the view of the river are awesome. There are 4 bedrooms up to the 3rd floor, so I think it would be nice to come as a family unit. I loved it because it was a large space of about 150 pyeong. Free pickup service is good!! I had a comfortable stay since they took care of everything, even the sanding. It was the kind of accommodation I want to go to again next time.

This villa is amazing! The amenities, rooms and overall house are outstanding. Lovely on site housekeepers to help with everything and host was super responsive and helpful. Word of warning, the amazing rooms at the top, with the jacuzzis, mean a lot of stairs :-) Location is a little out of town and in between a loud bar and karaoke place. Hired scooters to get around and it was really easy to navigate and get wherever you need to go. Double glazing helps with the bar noise. Highly recommend for group stays

The beach is about a 5-minute walk away, and it's surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants, which is very convenient.The host is very welcoming and responsive. The room is as pictured, tidy and clean. We had a great time.

It was ample space for 3 generation trip with 8 people. Home is clean and beautiful. Due to the rain we could not enjoy the pool or beach but it looked nice. Kitchen needs more amenities to actually cook, but who would spend time cooking when good food was around? Loved having cleaning each day.

The place is clean and accessible - just beside the road which makes it easy for Grab drivers to find. It has all the necessities including clothing racks that you can use to dry your wet clothes at the rooftop. La is very responsive, we had a problem with our door on our first night but they had it fixed asap even if its almost midnight already. La also sent restaurant recommendations, and even suggested itinerary for 6 days! She also helped us book private transportation to and from Hoi An, My Son, and all around Da Nang. Our family was really comfortable and had a great stay at La’s place!

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

There was plenty of room in this unit for our a family of four. It is located outside of the hustle and bustle of the Hoi An Old Quarter and An Bang Beach, but both are easily accessed via Grab. The closest grocery store we found, Moonmilk, was a few km away. The photos of the interior of the accommodation are accurate, but I would describe it as being located in an "up and coming" development. The landscaping directly across from the unit is very pretty and well maintained, but the rest of the development lacks a bit of luster. There is some traffic noise with two of the bedrooms located next to a heavily traveled four lane road. At the time of our stay, the air conditioner in the main living space was not working, but we were told it is awaiting a parts shipment. Fans were provided in place of the air conditioner, which were appreciated.

Okay villa is amazing, the house is unique as is the setting and perfect for a group of friends or a family, as we are. It has loads of restaurants but in a rural setting, chickens and chicks just outside and whilst you walk around the narrow alley’s you see the fishermen fixing their nets and preparing for the night ahead. It is as stated a 2 minute walk to the beach and 2 minutes to the main shopping street, where if you wish get Taxis to Hoi A for a very reasonable price. The house is as in the pictures and very clean with a very open feel, which is great from barmy days and nights. The pool is great for an early morning dip or sunset swim. The grounds are maintained and beautiful. Quan was very responsive and sorted any issues that we had promptly and was happy to offer advice from local restaurants to tailors in Hoi An. We loved it! Would recommend 100%

We enjoyed our stay at Minh’s place. The home was comfortable and the pool was a nice reprieve in the hot weather. We found the area a bit isolated, but it was quiet and we were able to bike to the beach in about 5 minutes and into old town in 20 minutes. We were able to order groceries and meals to the house, which was very convenient. Minh was very helpful with bookings and recommendations. Overall, it was a great place to stay for a few beach days.

Amazing stay made us all feel very welcome, tran cooked for us and the food was amazing! Also had a fridge to buy drinks saving us from going to the shops. Quiet tranquil area, out of town but easy to travel into the old town. Overall we were very welcomed, pool was lovely, bedrooms spacious and clean. If we return to hoi a this would be top of our list!
