Vacation rentals with a pool in Nai Han Beach

really beautiful and peaceful villa surrounded by a trees, plenty of space indoor and outdoor, big and warm pool. host was friendly and helpful in our requests, we are enjoyed our stay here and if you are looking for chill and calm atmosphere I’ll definitely recommend this place.

Vom sehr freundlichen Empfang/Übergabe bis zur Endabrechnung war alles makellos. Das Quartier entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und lädt wirklich zur Entspannung ein. Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen bzw. kann es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Besonders möchte ich die Damen vom house keeping und die Burschen vom Pool- und Gartenservice lobend erwähnen. Sie haben sich ihr Trinkgeld wirklich verdient!

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

The house was fantastic: the bed linens were great, and the view from the window was beautiful—not of neighboring houses, but of trees. In the house, the doors and staircase are made of wood, and instead of tiled flooring, there’s a wooden surface that feels very pleasant on your feet. I also loved the community; there are few residents, making it very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the sea in about 15 minutes through parks. The host was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late!

I recently stayed at this villa and loved everything about it. The space was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway!

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. She was prompt with her feedback on taking my text messages and my phone calls. Her place was extremely clean. She made me feel so welcome in had a bunch of snacks upon my arrival.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Anlage war sehr schön allerdings auch mit strengen Regeln (Essen und Trinken am Pool nicht erlaubt). Vielen Dank an Miles und vielleicht sehen wir uns noch mal.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

It was great staying at Timothy's place - a 2 bedroom apt, clean, easy check in, good location. There's a nice cafe right downstairs in the building with good food and open late. Good Wifi. Communication was great and Timothy was flexible and accomodating when we had to book another night but didn't do it on time. Appreciate all communication and stay. We'd definitely stay here again.

Все было просто отлично! В квартире было очень чисто! На кухне было все необходимое, на балконе есть стиральная машина и сушилка для белья. Территория комплекса просто прекрасная: много бассейнов, парковка (всегда были свободные места), охрана. Локация просто супер! До пляжа 7 минут на байке, до 7/11 и WeCafe - 1 минута на байке. Кондоминимум полностью новый, чистый, ухоженный. Единственный минус, что в кондо нет комнаты для хранения багажа. Если выселение в 12:00, а вылет в 21:00, необходимо все это время быть с багажом. На ресепшене даже за деньги не хотели присмотреть за чемоданами. Но мы оставили на свой страх и риск и 2 часа погуляли)

Very nice place. Spacious, private, staff is super communicative and responsive. Walking distance from beaches and the town. Everything I needed to live comfortably was there - washing machine and detergent, etc. Spacious balcony with nice view. I hardly had enough time to enjoy the roof balcony w private pool and other amenities. The cost performance was excellent. To be fair and balanced, here are the downsides - and they were minor. Internet service was functional but a bit slow, which sometimes made video calls for work challenging. I mentioned this to the caretaker and efforts were made to improve this, but there was nothing to be done in the short time I was there. I believe they are working on this. Also the road down to Kata is under construction and since it is a twisting hill, it makes for an adventurous walk. Since you have to walk on the road I was nervous about passing traffic and whether they would see me around the bend, especially at night. But overall, great stay

Otavio and his wife, Sara are great hosts. They were very responsive to any & all needs! We enjoyed staying in their condo!

Exceptional service. The staff were extremely responsive and helpful at all hours and very kind and friendly. The place was spotless upon arrival and cleaned daily with fresh towels for every room. Felt right at home and very safe, within a gated and guarded complex. Very good layout, comfortable beds, cosy but also lots of space, very well maintained overall. Loved our stay and we were very impressed with everything. Highly recommend. Will be returning for sure.

We've stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks. The place is absolutely amazing. Pool is great and our kids loved it. Margaret is a great host, very responsive and also have a great team locally that is always ready to to help you with any of the queries. Also Villa services like cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance were spot on. Location is super family friendly - away from the Patong craziness but close enough to Bang Tao beach and local restaurants and shops. Every room have a separate bathroom and 2 of them have even an outside private shower which is amazing ! Villa is very well kept and maintained with a highest standards. The option of free airport transfer is also a very welcoming addition. If we ever go back to Phuket we will be coming back to this place as it ticks all the boxes for us and even exceeds some of our expectations. Highly recommend !

We had the most amazing stay here. Nicely decorated place, extremely spacious and we loved the secluded pool! The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet and peaceful, we slept very well, and the bed was comfortable. The spaciousness continues even in the bathrooms, and the fully equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure.

absolutely amazing place for a great price. Spacious, big pool, perfect daily cleaning service, pool service. Bit far from a city/night life, which makes it very private, calm. We were a family of 10 and very satisfied. Will surely stay here again.

We recently stayed at Jurgita’s place in Phuket, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The home was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our whole family. Although it’s a little bit away from the main Patong Beach area, we actually appreciated the peacefulness and quiet of the neighborhood. It felt like a serene escape while still being close enough to explore everything Phuket has to offer. Jurgita and her team were incredibly hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place with great hosts, I highly recommend staying here!
