The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

The apartment is fully equipped kitchen, iron, TV with smart tv. Free parking in front of the entrance to the estate. Parking is limited.
