Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Reconnect with nature in this unforgettable newer and delicious home with lovely garden. Here on the farm you will find peace, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are several places on the grounds to enjoy the nature and sight of the horses, pet them or greet the farm cat as well as our Danish Swedish farm dog. It's completely up to you. You have an entire apartment, with its own entrance, in the house as well as a garden with two terraces. My 3 daughters and I live in the other half of the house. Good parking in the courtyard.

Relax and enjoy a peacefull stay surrounded by grasing horses and close to bird and seal sanctuary. Take a trip to Møns white cliffs, some of DK’s most beutifull nature or go to CPH, only 1 hour 15 minutes from here. Visit the small towns round the area, all offering restaurants, museums and things to see. We have a dog, she loves people and loves to greet you at arrival.

In connection with the renovation, we have preserved the original ceiling height and the light from when it was in use as a studio.
