Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 with new windows, floors with underfloor heating, new kitchen and bathroom with shower and washing dryer. The apartment is bright and cozy within walking distance to everything and only 750 meters from Slagelse Station. Shared park-like garden for the use of the 7 apartments in the property. Free parking available on the street. Apartment is rented with all kitchen fixtures and electrical appliances as well as various necessities. Minimum stay is 28 days.

On our four-length farm, we offer a family stay with a focus on animals, good food, and tranquility. We have free-range hens, pigs, pygmy goats, rabbits with kids, cats, and dog. Everyone wants to be spoken to. We also run a farm shop with home brewed beer, bread and eggs. Possibility to buy breakfast - 75kr per adult 50 for children. Visit the small towns round the area, all offering restaurants, museums and things to see. We have a dog, she loves people and loves to greet you at arrival.
