The best location of the house in Odessa! 9 Pearl! Apartment with the best panorama of the Odessa Bay! 170 meters to the descent to the health track and the best beaches! (there is no closer in the city!) The best security , 24 hours with video surveillance ! 7 minutes walk to the clubs of Ibiza and Ithaca. A closed protected area with the best yard , fountain , supermarket, beauty salon, cafe. A fitness center, swimming pools are 150 meters away. The house has its own generator , elevators always work and there is hot water.

The building is finished at 2017,calls 19 purl of Kadorr, so it is completely new, secured with cameras and with personal access, only people from this building has access to this territory. The location is more than the best, as it is near Arcadia, with all their night clubs, restaurants and good places for rest.
