This unique apartment not only is a one bedroom flat, but it has a nice, quite big kitchen with a breakfast table, a private garden with another table to enjoy some quiet moments or hosting guests. Guests have their own toilet as you have your master en-suite bathroom with a double-bathtub, a separate rainfall shower, toilet, wash machine and dryer. Romantic garden view, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.

Cosy & central, lovely terrace over river & park

It's a lovely 2.5 room apartment located in the lively area of Wipkingen with a terrace over the river Limmat and Wipkinger Park. You can start your morning with a cup of good coffee and get going around by nearby public transportation or by my old bicycle. Great for couples, also with babies/kids (nearby playground and doors with better soundproof system). Great for home-office: a monitor available if requested.
