Great stay in Tokyo! The apartment is a little bit small by European standards, but cozy and well-equipped. The location is perfect — super well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The host was always responsive and helped me out a few times during my stay. Highly recommend for a convenient Tokyo experience! 🥰

The place was very nice and clean when we got there. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. They even gave us a full list of the trains we had to take to get to the place. Overall good experience. No complaints

Seirai’s place is excellently located just outside of Shinjuku. The house layout also caters for a number of guests to be comfortable. Furthermore, the futons provided in the first floor are super comfortable!

Great place to stay at in Tokyo for 4 people! Host was very responsive and the value you get is incredible. It’s just a 10min walk from Ikebukuro station, so it was easy to get to the rest of Tokyo. Lots of things to do nearby, as well as an abundance of restaurants and izakayas. Just be aware there is a kindergarten next door, so you can hear the kids in the morning. We weren’t bothered by it at all, but if you are a light, long sleeper, it’s something to keep in mind.

Ryuji’s place was perfect for our family of 4. The extra amenities such as curling iron, flat iron and hair dryer was such a nice gesture. We loved the spacious place to come back and relax after a long day of touring Tokyo. The neighborhood is beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

This trip to Yokohama, Japan, was a surprise!When I arrived at the B&B, I was attracted by my aunt's warm layout and small details, as soon as I stepped into the room, the traditional and style of the arrangement was neat and refined, and every detail was revealed to my aunt's heart, because it was the Spring Festival, my aunt specially prepared a lot of small snacks and fruits for us, and the red envelope was sent out before walking, it was a very good accommodation experience! In addition, the amenities of the homestay are complete and of super high quality, and the bathroom's toiletries are a local niche but super-usable brand that runs out of skin and slippery.And you can taste authentic Japanese food within a few minutes walk.This is a great homestay experience. I will definitely choose this place again next time I come to Japan!

11/10 recommend! here’s a few things: - VERY clean - has all things useful (iron, vacuum, even lint roller and adapters! and utensils!). - close to 2 stations (nishishinjuku gochome and tochome. shinjuku station is walkable but far for us) - try the Lourve bar nearby 😍 so good! we tried our first yoichi whisky there. also spend morning at the central park! - balcony is lovely we have bfast there. - TV was great too but prepare ur own netflix account or google. It’s not cable. The only negative comment i’ve read before about this is the wifi because it was mobile. Our experience was actually good it’s now a broadband and very fast connection for us. So i guess no negative! The space is compact and good for 2 people. we were able to maximize the space. my fave was the study area for those who work to catch up on. :) Lee was perfect and always responsive. Great experience!

I strongly recommend Dan's place. Its not far from HND and KK line. The room is very clean and equiped with all kitchenware. Dan respond quickly and share with us many useful suggestions. I will definitely visit here again in my next time in Tokyo.

Great place to stay even though it's a ways from main attractions in Tokyo. Easy access to train and in such a great little neighborhood. I ran every morning and there is a great running trail about a mile away. Submerse yourself in the culture and walk the area. So enjoyable!

It was a good place to stay where you can relax even if you bring small children.There was a convenience store and drugstore just a short walk away, making it convenient for shopping.I look forward to staying here again when I go to Tokyo.

Our stay was in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Our experence in Tokyo was made better by staying here.

The house is very, very nice, three floors and a small terrace overlooking the skyscrapers of Roppongi and Tokyo Tower. Perfect for 6 people. The metro stops are about ten minutes away, as are the centers of the Roppongi and Azabu Juban neighborhoods, with several restaurants. Opening the front door is very convenient with a keypad. Wanyi and Xi are very nice and helpful, we heard from them via message. Definitely recommended.

The host try his best to communicate well and help us with luggage since it was rainning, despite his senior age he is still very energetic and try the best of tech by using translator to communicate with us. The house look exactly like photo, easy to find, great neighboorhood, near by aeon and some local market. Great place!

The property was excellent for our needs. We were at a conference near Chiba for some of the stay, amd visiting Tokyo sights the rest. This property was between the two and was super spacious for our 5 person stay. Everything was very good, clean and tidy, with many spare items such as bin bags, toilet rolls and toiletries. it was 2 minutes walk to excellent convenience stores and other shopping. Communication with the host was so easy and helpful. She answered messages within minutes, and was flexible when we wanted to extend our stay. All the beds were comfortable and the 2 toilets were important for our group size. The washing machine and drying racks meant we did not need to use the nearby laundromat. All really good, would recommend.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

Excellent accomodation just outside the main tourist hotspots with plenty of room and easy access to all areas of Tokyo. Closer to smaller out of city commutable town with winding and narrow roads. Helpful shops nearby. Highly recommend.

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
