A perfect retreat after a busy couple of weeks exploring Italy! We were so thankful we ended our trip at Belkys's beautiful home. Spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, it really was a lovely place to stay. We felt totally relaxed and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It's located in the quiet countryside, but is also close enough to Rome for day trips, and a short drive to the airport. Belkys is a wonderful, responsive host. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Siamo stati benissimo in villa e sopratutto privacy e relax fanno da padrona.Torneremo sicuramente ma almeno per fare un soggiorno di 1 mese.un grazie anche alla fidanzata di Luca che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo,un check in perfetto.Grazie mille siamo stati benissimo come se fossimo a casa.Super raccomandato al 100%

A lovely, exceedingly tidy little apartment with stunning views of the lake and enormous TV screens! Very tranquil. Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as there's a steep, stone-paved path leading to the entrance (the host helped with the luggage). I wish I could have stayed longer and would certainly go back again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d’une semaine chez Silvia. L’endroit est encore mieux que sur les photos. La maison est très bien équipées et décorée avec soin. Le plus a été de garer notre voiture sous le préau, à l’intérieur de la propriété. Silvia est discrète et très aimable. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Had an amazing stay here. Really beautiful flat with all the amenities and a patio. So gorgeous. Everything is really modern and clean. Would totally recommend! Matteo was super responsive and a fantastic host. Hopefully will be back in the future!

Es war uns eine Freude bei Valeria unterzukommen, bei einem Urlaub in Rom, definitiv empfehlenswert! Sie hat uns bei der Anreise und Abreise günstig und unkompliziert geholfen und uns sogar dabei unterstützt eine verlorene Tasche aus Neapel wiederzubekommen! The apartment is authentic and has lots of soul and charm. Excellent towels. Gorgeous garden, with tons of jasmine in bloom. Best restaurants in town are within easy walking distance, and the immediate neighborhood is gorgeous and feels secluded with tons of atmosphere. Paolo and his family are conscientious hosts. Would absolutely come back!

Lorenzo was a great host. He provided all of the information we needed and answered a few questions very quickly when we asked. The apartment is clean and has everything we needed for our stay. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go by foot or public transit quite easily from the apartment.

Valerio was an incredibly helpful host. He was responsive and on call 24/7 to answer any questions such as local taxi numbers, ways to get to tourist attractions and where to store our luggage after we checked out. The apartment was clean and well looked after in a quiet part of Rome and looked exactly like the photos. The location is ideal to visit attractions 10-15 mins from the Vatican/ 20 mins from the Colleseum. All the locals were friendly and accommodation. We would highly recommend this property to friends when visiting Rome!

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre wirklich schöne Lage, die es uns ermöglichte, die Umgebung entspannt zu erkunden und die italienische Lebensart zu genießen, auch die Verbindung per Zug nach Rom Termini (Hbf) war unkompliziert. Stefano und Giulia, unsere Gastgeber, haben maßgeblich zu unserem positiven Eindruck beigetragen. Sie waren jederzeit aufmerksam und engagiert, uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Ihre Bemühungen, uns den besten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, waren wirklich bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das inkludierte Frühstück, das jeden Morgen eine willkommene Stärkung war. 집은 프라이빗하고 깨끗했어요. 집바로앞에 마트도있고 가게들도 많습니다. 공항으로가는 버스정류장도 걸어갈만했어요. 만족합니다.

Lovely apartment which was very well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. Lots of thoughtful touches as well such as coffee, tea and the ingredients for a basic pasta meal ! Added bonus of a garden space , lemon trees and jasmine blooming while we were there in May! While slightly out of the main area of Trastevere was well served by several bus routes . Would stay there again .
