The location of the house is quiet, but it's only five minutes' walk to the lovely beach and the center of Kanal. Raffaelo at the bridge is a heaven for people with a sweet tooth. We stayed in the apartment for over a week. We were warmly welcomed by Boris and Darinka. They are treasures of people and very helpful. We were surprised with wine, juice for the children, salties and later we got cake and apple strudel. Both can flood you with tips for activities in the area. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and equipped with every comfort to stay there pleasantly. Kitchen with microwave, oven and a stove so you could eat in the apartment when you wanted. There is air conditioning, which is very nice. You can do a wash if you want. The pool is clean and is carefully kept tidy by Boris. The view is amazing and you can relax until late at night and enjoy sunset and the stars. The garden is spacious and the yard offers space to park behind the fence. Many nice villages nearby. Dobrovo and Smartno are recommended for a visit. In 45 minutes you are on the Adriatic coast.

A charming House by an amazing lake in the Slovenian Alps near the Soča River, and I can't recommend it enough! The house is quite old, but it's in great condition and very clean, giving it a cozy and authentic feel. The highlight of my mornings was enjoying a cup of their excellent coffee while taking in the stunning views of the lake and mountains. Absolutely breathtaking! The host provided kayaks, which made for some unforgettable trips on the lake — perfect for those looking to explore the area and enjoy some adventure. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

This property is located in beautiful Slovenian wine country. The house is just as pictured and very comfortable for a large family. This property is separated into three different large and functional spaces, perfect for groups. The scenery is unreal and the home is well designed and kept. We enjoyed day trips to Italy and to vineyards, the Šmartno downtown is also very cute and very close. The sauna was also a fabulous treat. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway outside of the city!

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!
