We, 2 families of 4 with young kids, visited this house and really enjoyed ourselves. Maria was very helpful throughout our communication before, during and after our stay. Their guides, the welcoming food and wine, the totally clean house and generally the overall experience was great. we totally recommend the hosts and their listing as it was exactly as the description and we felt like home. our home in Skopje

Very cozy place with a great view to the mountain, a lot of space for a group dinner and comfortable beds. The sofas are perfect for relaxing after a long hike :) The owners are very friendly and the communication is easy.

Nice place to stay - it’s located on a quiet street, walking distance to the city centre and it had beautiful views of the mountains. It was clean, spacious and it had everything that we needed. Tamara responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great stay and we’ll be happy to stay here again.

Ideal for kids. The bedrooms are a bit basic but the outdoor facilities make up for it.

We had to arrange a stay with 8 people last minute due to circumstances and we were well helped by Stefan. Thank you for everything and especially the hospitality. House was neat and clean, bedding etc well arranged. We will definitely come back!

The host is a great person if you are going to Skopje, it is a great place to stay. The house is clean, the tidy host has thought of everything. It is very close to the center by car, but if you want to walk, at least 40 minutes, we went to the center on foot on the first day, we regretted it for 45 minutes walking, good for those who like to walk:) Apart from that, the location of the house is very good, the house is very good, the house is great, those who want to rent a car have a gas station right at the bottom of the house and there is a private parking lot. We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Skopje! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. While it’s not right in the city center but getting around was still manageable. Our host was friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed. There were a couple of times when the hot water was a bit inconsistent, but it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. We truly loved the place and would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. Such an incredible spot to stay, Slave made us feel right at home. Making sure the log burner was going before he left us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We had a great time, and everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend this as a lovely place to stay.

Its a great vila right in the midst of nature. A unique experience as you can enjoy a view of the whole lake surrounded by mountains. Has a cozy restaurant nearby that also conveniently does deliveries to the house. Alexandar kindly escorted us to the vila and provided clear instructions for everything.
