From booking to check out Minh and their team were excellent with communication. An amazing, and beautiful home in great location right on the ocean. The home was extremely clean and had everything you need for a very relaxing stay. We loved the location and within a short walking distance to fresh coffee and tea every morning. Thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to coming back!

Great place to stay! The apartment is the same as the photos showed, or even better. Specifically: - spacious room, larger than the one (regular room type) I stayed in the same building - plenty of surface to put stuff on - has a real set of table and chairs for eating and working - great sea view from the balcony - clean room, odor free - room very quiet but still can hear the waves from the beach, and that is nice - strong and quiet AC - big comfortable bed - kitchen well equipped - standard fridge, odor free with snow white interior, almost new - spacious shower room, instant hot water, super high water pressure - high speed WiFi - attentive host, fast response A perfect stay! 100% recommended!

Ocean Villa Vip - Lying By The Sea -Free Breakfast

Well we stayed in the 4 bedroom unit and also this 3 bedroom. It is so well laid out and spotless. The unit has incredible ocean views and the infinity pool is amazing. We loved the way the living room opened wide to the world. And the kitchen is great. Each bedroom is comfortable with its own AC which was great. The beach is terrific and the staff is so awesome. We loved the food there. Having breakfast right there was great and the spot is so beautiful we had every meal there. If you need to work the WiFi is great as is the internet. Never had a problem. But the best thing is to grab a beer and sit on the veranda and watch the sunset. It is a truly magical spot. We loved it. Each bedroom is large and clean and well furnished. The bathrooms are great and luxurious. Run don’t walk to this place!

We had a great time staying at this villa in Novaworld Phan Thiet. Nice and quiet place, equipped with everything needed for a weekend getaway. The ambiance was perfect for relaxation. The hosts were incredibly helpful and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Phan Thiet!

Huyen and Anh Anh support very enthusiastically, I booked a room at the last minute but very surprised because I first experienced on airbnb. The house is very new, very cute, 4 bedrooms, 3 wc are extremely helpful. I like the lovely siu kitchen, full of facilities to help my house have an interesting outdoor BBQ party. The villa has a super airy lake view, the house does not need to turn on the air conditioner but only 2 doors are very cool. It feels really comfortable, pleasant, extremely chill... Will definitely come back to Nova especially will come back to Huyen's home... Thank you for Ms. Huyen's help and enthusiastic support!

Dots 10 and will definitely be back. Very nice house and fully furnished. Close to the swimming pool and walkable to the sea to play. Hosts and Housekeepers are enthusiastic. Cheap rent.

Our group had a very nice stay at the villa. The house was very nice, spacious, clean and well with amenities. Friendly host, always available and very quick to respond. The villa is suitable for a group of friends or family traveling but still feels like home, free to cook, sing, get together. Well worth the experience!
