The hosts are very nice and helpful, give recommendations and offered to pick us up and drive us to the Train at arrival and departure. The place looks even better than on the fotos. We got enough water for free to last for our stay and also received recommendations for places to visit.

Fantastic place to stay, exceeded all our expectations. The property was spotless, with all the amenities we could ask for. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding on the empty beach, and the town was just a short bike ride away. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was incredible and plentiful, and the housekeeper extremely helpful and attentive. We will definitely be coming back to this peaceful stay. Highly recommended!

I feel like I met a family here in PKK, Noon and Richard are sooo nice. I’m a digital worker so this place is perfect for inspiration. And as I didn’t get my international licence I rent a bike, so I can go every day to town, working near the beach with a fresh drink. Good for exercise and healthy life ! The area is beautiful. I will come back, it is a little my house here in Thailand :) Thank you Noon & Richard !

Nice and quiet place really good for our family ! The place is clean, equipped with kitchen utensils, karaoke, and in front of the house. The sea view looks like it has its own private beach. You can stay but the house is all day long. No bored activities. Perfect for a group of friends and families who want to come for a real getaway. 👍🏻🌴🌊
