Vacation rentals with a sauna in Mueang Nonthaburi District

Joshua is a person who pays attention to details, you can tell by the care he takes in the apartment. The rules are few and clear, the result of common sense. I felt comfortable in the apartment and the only day I had a problem with the internet connection (which is very fast, in the range of 700mbps), Joshua solved it remotely in a few minutes! There are shopping malls and tons of places to eat. If you want to eat at home sometimes, the apartment is quite well equipped. I stayed for a month and it has all the basics you need for a long stay. The staff at the condo is very friendly too.

She replied back as soon as we asked something we wanted to know. we feel safe while staying this place. We liked the Bankapi shopping mall which has lots if restaurants and shops in the neighborhood.

This place is fantastic, beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything you need. It’s peaceful and conveniently located near the MRT and BTS, making it easy to get around. Plus, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby where you can grab anything you need.

Great host, he was very helpful and always available. He even had someone available at the building 24x7 to help out. Superb. Flat was clean, very well furnished and the location is fantastic. Surrounded by restaurants and just a few minutes’ walk to all the big malls and BTS. Building is great, very secured and safe, with a fantastic pool, gym & spa. Great stay will definitely keep coming back.

Jintana was a great host - prompt responses to all my questions. Clear instructions on directions and access to the condo and room. Great short term stay to attend concerts. Grocery store and a few restaurants are walkable. Condo is quiet but do bring earbuds for some late night sounds(sirens). Unit is small as advertised. Had everything I needed and good water pressure. Wifi was strong and no issues - good for remote work. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay closer to Impact Stadium (10-15mins Grab drive). Thanks Jintana

Miu Miu was an excellent super host! She came personally and helped us with whatever I asked for. She arranged cleaning for us every alternate day at a reasonable price. She subscribed for sports channels for us to watch the Eurocup. She was very flexible. The place was in an excellent location surrounded by malls on all sides. Central Chitlom, central world, platinum fashion mall, Gaysorn village were all within 5mins of walking distance. But my most favourite was the view from the apartment of Bangkok. The pool was also gorgeous on the 42nd floor with the top covered so rain or shine, you can always swim. Overall can't wait to go back and stay here.

The apartment is very well maintained, clean and as described. It's in a great location, making it easy to get around and get to the main points of interest. The entrance is simple and very well explained, which makes check-in hassle-free. Host is responsive, responds quickly to messages, and is very helpful. We felt confident throughout the stay. The only thing to note: the bed is very firm. Personally, I didn't like it, but my partner loved it – it's really a matter of personal preference. Apart from that, everything was perfect!

Cozy little apartment walking distance from 7 eleven and two food markets. Cozy in a good sense, it was comfortable. Good AC and reasonable insulation so the cold stays for a bit after ac is off. Walls are thin so if neighbors are talking you will hear it, but at night and most of the time during the week it was quiet. The bed is firm and I had a good sleep - I do not like soft beds. There is a 20m shallow (no lifeguard) swimming pool that is OK for lap swimming. It gets a bit warm during the day. Good fiber internet connection. I do not recall exactly, but faster than 100-200 Mbps down.

We had a pleasant and amazing stay. The views from the room is worth it all!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.

I Had a wonderful time. I felt so secure and at peace since I was not in a high rise apartment. The gym and the pool were just outside the condo which was very convenient. The facilities were all well equipped enjoyed the Sauna and the steam room too. Always available, very few people using it so no waiting, same with the pool. The room, kitchen and toilet all very clean and convenient for one or two person the size is comfortable. The bed is also quite big. I had a great time. The host was also always so helpful with tips/ recommendations and suggestions for me. Good and pleasant walk to MRT. 2 number of 7-11 just outside the condo which made life so much easier. Over all a wonderful place to stay, I wished I stayed longer.

The house is clean and nicely arranged including packets of coffee which is a nice touch. The building is clean and easy to get into and super-well located. The host checked on us by text to make sure things were going smoothly. Importantly, the AC worked well. Having the bedroom surrounded by glass partitions makes the place look bigger (it is small but fine for 2 people) and keeps the bedroom cool for sleeping as the bedroom has its own AC. One small issue was the elevator not responding and once we figured out that there is no need to use the key fob to go to the first floor, the issue was resolved. (A suggestion for future guest instructions). I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Bangkok. After our vacation in Koh Samui we stayed in Bangkok for 3 days. The accommodation was close to the metro station (BTS), so we could easily go to all places. The apartment is on the 25th floor, so it is rather quiet and we had a wonderful view of the city of Bangkok. There is a supermarket near the apartment and many places to eat. We enjoyed our stay in Bangkok and would highly recommend this host.

I visited Bangkok with my co-workers. I've traveled to Bangkok several times, but I was a little worried because it was my first time using Airbnb... but when I entered the accommodation, all my worries disappeared. I was able to have a happy trip due to the clean room condition and space. I sincerely thank the host Eugene. I'll visit again if I get the chance later. Be happy

Always the best place to stay…. Stayed there about 1 year, very very kind hearted host. Always responded for anything we needed. The house is so peaceful surrounded with nature, and what more we can say, they were like a family when we had a medical emergency, helped us around, and been very flexible, hard to find people like them nowadays.…. And again came back to the same place, will come and stay again in the future! Note: There is a review by a person named Loris, I’m sure it’s must be a big miscommunication with the host….impossible they behave that way….felt want to express my opinion after i had read the review!
