A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

Renovated in industrial style to retain its origin, it offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a living room and a cozy bedroom upstairs. A small terrace will allow you to enjoy the view. Free parking in front of the house. A true haven of peace!

Independent studio, overlooking garden and terrace. Quiet, in a 1900 stone house, completely renovated. The apartment faces the back of the house, overlooking the garden. Independent entrance, large terrace where you can enjoy meals and rest. Inside, you will find a large living room bathed in light thanks to the bay windows. The bathroom is accessible from the main room, which also serves a large independent bedroom.

You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

On the ground floor, a living kitchen with a wood burning stove in the fireplace and a small bathroom with a dry toilet. Upstairs, an 18m2 living room with relaxation area. New and spacious bedding. Bed made upon your arrival. Small landscaped and flowered garden (not enclosed).
