Beautiful stay in the Perche. The most beautiful and pleasant house we've known on Airbnb! The touches of the owners touched us: Easter chocolates for the children and arrival gifts for the grown-ups. Everything is provided, with plenty of bathroom and kitchen products. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is very quiet and the views are stunning! Thank you for a lovely break!

The house was exactly as described and even beyond our expectations. Everything was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. Sarah and Armand were very welcoming and responsive to our questions, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll be happy to go back.

As soon as you step through the door, you feel safe and pampered. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the hospitality, decor and bedding (not least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back because this week spent here was nothing but relaxation and rejuvenation. The cottage is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles were a real favorite. Our stay was remarkably enjoyable. The house offers a really relaxing setting with many activities at your disposal. The pool is, as indicated, perfect. The Airbnb offer is amply respected with everything at your disposal: equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, and many games. The surrounding calm allowed us to recharge our batteries while enjoying an idyllic setting. Thank you again for this stay, special mention to Xavier who was more than responsive and very good advice on the region. We'll be back for sure.

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

Great stay! The place was as described. Responsive and welcoming host. I recommend it without hesitating!

A very welcome stop on our cycling trip through Normandy. Very helpful hosts and we were able to cycle to the small but well stocked local supermarket (about 6km away) for provisions. A house that looks exactly like the picture!

As a business, we put the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear guidelines and easy to understand. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The value is quite satisfactory. The cottage largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice welcome to this Percheron country house that has kept its character! Carine hosted us extremely well and we were able to enjoy this magical place as a family. Only positive things to say!

We stayed just one night for an evening planned in the area, the house and the surroundings made us want to come back in the summer.

We had a relaxing week with our 3-year-old daughter at Benoît and Frédérique's. We were hosted very well and stayed in a spacious, clean, well-equipped house with comfortable bedding and overlooking a beautiful garden in which we enjoyed walking. The house is close to the city center on foot and there are excellent food shops. We were delighted with our stay in the Perche! Frédérique and Benoît were very responsive when we had specific questions or requests. Thanks again!

Thomas gave us our privacy from the word go, in this beautiful cottage. He made sure to check with us everything was ok when we arrived and during our stay. The area is exactly as it was described, beautiful French countryside for a quiet week away. The cottage was lovely and clean, even a surprise bottle of local apple juice for us! Plenty to keep us occupied in the cottage (books, games etc) and it was a great area to stay having walks and towns nearby. Would highly recommend a visit!

This lovely presbytery is full of charm and offered us a total disconnection. Maybe not very suitable with babies because of the lack of sound insulation. Jean-Michel is a very kind and responsive host. I would recommned this property.

a great stay spent with 5 friends, Michel is very kind and seeing our average age (20 years) was very flexible on what we could do in the evening within reason and with respect for the neighborhood of course.

We were looking for a place to meet as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “flea market chic” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not detract from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast "carpet" of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees compete for the most beautiful bloom. The place is so harmonious and calm that you wonder if the only occupants around are the birds. In the end, you don't know where you feel most comfortable: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely a tourist guide in another life. Thanks to their advice, we discovered local gems we would never have found on our own. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend it (unless you make noise – then the birds might put a spell on you😄).

Superb house, full of charm, tastefully decorated and very pleasant to stay in with all the necessary equipment to come with family or friends with children. We felt great there! Jordan sent us a little guide and was very accommodating, it was very much appreciated and made us want to come back!

We wanted to spend a few days away from the world with my partner and the house offered by Hugues completely met our expectations: in the middle of the fields and on the edge of the forest. Big plus for the decor, the tasteful renovation of this house, the small touches and the amenities offered! Finally, Hugues is caring and offers good advice.
