An absolutely wonderful experience. Two of us stayed for a month while working at a hospital locally, and it was perfect. Even before we arrived Nikki gave lots of useful information about local weather and things to do. Nikki and Tom were so kind and helpful, meeting us when we arrived and making sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. They were responsive throughout our stay and really made us feel at home, as well as giving lots of great recommendations of things to do and places to go. The house and pool are well kept and feel very safe and private as it’s back away from the main street. Overall would highly recommend.

The apartment's architecture was truly stunning, a feast for the eyes. Every detail seemed carefully considered, creating a harmonious and elegant space. It offered all the necessary amenities and more, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful design and beautiful surroundings truly enhanced our experience. We felt so at home in such a well-appointed and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Oh the apartment was looovely, the view was breathtaking. We immediately felt at home and it was hard saying goodbye to this wonderful and dreamy place. Communication, check-in etc. was super good, we could always communicate smaller issues. The only minor issue we had was that the apartment is not so soundproofed. But we only had like 1 or 2 instances where it was an issue for us. Although we were sceptical because of the high price, it’s absolutely worth it. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

Well appointed, comfortable unit with lots of space and light. Located right on the beach with easy access to the promenade for walking. Lovely, spacious patio with 180 degree views of the ocean. Kitchen is modern with all appliances. Thank you, we enjoyed our relaxing stay.

I had such a wonderful stay here—one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The apartment is exactly as described (if not better): tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and full of thoughtful touches that really elevate the stay. A bottle of wine and a selection of Nespresso pods were waiting for me on arrival, which was such a lovely welcome after a long journey. The location is peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful sea view that you can enjoy right from the upstairs lounge It felt like the perfect retreat, yet it’s still just a short drive to shops, restaurants and the beach is opposite! The hosts were brilliant—friendly, responsive, and clearly take great pride in making guests feel at home. Everything has been done to a really high standard, from the linens to the kitchen equipment to the little design details. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax and know you’re in good hands. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

My gran and I had an amazing stay. Jo was amazing and was always a text away. The place is stunning, at some point I wished that it was my own. Overally everything was perfect, will definitely come back someday ❤️

Beautiful view, the ridge and the Indian ocean. Very spacious, comfortable and cosy place. Very clean and well kept. Everything you need is within reach with easy access to the Oceans mall and surroundings.

Exceptional Stay at The Bermudas – Apartment 203 My recent stay at The Bermudas, Apartment 203, in Umhlanga was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by the incredible hosts, Debs and Alan. Their hospitality truly set the tone for what turned out to be a perfect coastal getaway. Apartment 203 is beautifully appointed — spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking ocean view right from the balcony. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves was an experience I’ll never forget. The location is ideal — literally steps from the beach and within walking distance to the Umhlanga Village, where you can find fantastic restaurants, cafés, and shops. We had an amazing stay at this gem on the Dolphin Coast! The apartment is beautiful and perfectly located—just steps from the beach and tidal pool. The sea views are breathtaking, and we loved spending time on the verandah overlooking Chakas Rock. It’s ideal for a couple or small family, with everything you need for a relaxing, self-catering holiday. The complex is safe and quiet, with restaurants just around the corner. Highly recommended for a coastal getaway!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at La Mer No4. The unit is clean,spacious and so stunning with all the modern finishes and homely touches. Thandi was so warm and welcoming and kept the place so neat and tidy. I highly recommend for families and couples who are looking to enjoy the beauty of Ballito and surroundings in a home away from home. What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥

The place is definitely aesthetically pleasing, from the kitchenette to the bedroom and the bathroom, definitely felt at home and comfortable. No problems what so ever. Not forgetting the stunning ocean view, just beautiful and peaceful. Loved every bit of the place.
