The breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower and Sacré-Cœur is simply magical and makes every morning and evening an unforgettable experience. The apartment itself is a small gem: modern and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The built-in kitchen is perfectly equipped and the living room invites you to linger. This place is the ideal base for fully enjoying Paris. You dive directly into the vibrant Parisian life and at the same time have a quiet and stylish retreat. We can highly recommend this studio and would stay here again at any time! A real highlight of our Paris trip!

Florent's apartment is a beautiful apartment, very large with a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 comfortable bedrooms. With all the comforts. Absolutely recommend. Even the area where the apartment is located is quiet with restaurants and bakeries. There is nothing to complain about. The next time we come to Paris we will try to sleep there again. We spent Easter weekend as a family at this place. The small cottage is nice, we have something to do on site when the weather is not good to enjoy the outdoors. The rooms are cozy. Beware of grown-ups, the doors are quite low. We recommend this listing and thank the host for the welcome gift 😊

Gerard was hospitable and available. The ideal location of the apartment (close to the metro and bus) to reach other areas and the center of Paris, a quiet and safe area. Highly recommended

Great place to stay! Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere

This was a great base to explore Paris if you are driving as it comes with parking. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the RER with a direct train to major attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame and Musée D’Orsay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The neighbourhood is up and coming with a supermarket, boulangerie and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We could hear some road noise from the apartment, so take ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise.

We enjoyed this apartment due to its proximity to Disneyland, to the train station, to restaurants and to the shopping mall. But also because of the access to additional facilities in the building. Gated parking was also a great plus. It is located in a pretty, walkable and quiet area. Furthermore the host is friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself was a bit small for us (2 adults and 2 toddlers that need to roam around), so set your expectations correctly. Overall it is amazing value for money.
