The farmhouse has its own entrance, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, as well as a cozy private garden with patio. Perfect for those who want to discover the nature of southern Öland, Alvaret, small villages and beautiful coastal roads, or just enjoy the silence of the countryside.

Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store, it is about 800 meters. Outdoor gym, paddle tennis court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C, there is also bike rental. On southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivated landscape.

The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

From here you can reach the South Island's rich selection of art, food and nature. The house is located four km from Mörbylånga with a good range of shops, cafes, restaurants and services.

On the upper floor there is a large Loft divided in two areas offering a super king bed and two queens bed.

If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.
