I used it for three months during my business trip. It's easy to use the surrounding transportation, and you can walk to the mall and Stonetown in 5 minutes. In the Czech Republic, shops usually close after 8 pm, so it's hard for people who work late to use it. There are plenty of bars where you can dine and drink even after 9pm. Even in the cold February, the indoors was very warm, and the ventilation was very good, so it was good for maintaining a pleasant indoors. I was grateful for the warm response and kind guidance from the owner.

Easy check in. No problem with parking , 15 min by foot to the city center. Very nice park by the river just next to the apartment. Everything was nice and clean. No problems with contacting the owner. Thank you Ewa 😊

It was the best accommodation during my month-long trip to Europe. You can see the famous hotel from the window, and I enjoyed the view of the city every day while looking at its beautiful exterior. There is also a room with a grand piano, where you can spend a more elegant time than in the suite room. Hot water in the bath is available 24 hours a day. There was a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which helped during my stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and I had a relaxing private time. The kitchen has everything you need, and you can buy anything at a nearby supermarket. There is also a large shopping mall that is open on Sundays. It would be impossible to find a more perfect space than this. I definitely recommend it.

We felt good at Mr. Roman's place and most importantly, it was safe in what location we were in. The apartment building was also great. I am very respectful of parking that is behind the gate and no one else has access to it, as well as cameras in the property. As for the cleanliness of the apartment, it would need a good job, but I'm cleaning like a monk or less demanding is definitely enough. Otherwise, the apartment was relatively fine.

We had a great time there. The place was clean and tidy. The host was very welcoming and kind.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Ostrava. The apartment is located in a quiet area. The apartment itself is quite spacious and equipped with all the necessary basics. The check in went smoothly, the host is really responsive and friendly. There were even complementary drinks offered which was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is very well equipped and exactly as described. The two bedrooms are completely separate (which is not always the case in many places!) and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt at home right away. Communication with Bedřich was easy and friendly – he responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and check-in was super smooth. We arrived by car and always found a parking space nearby without any problems. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and the tram stop is also very close – just three stops to the city centre. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

The apartment was GREAT !!! New, clean, welcoming, well-decorated. The relationship with the host is perfect. Shops, restaurants, cafes... all nearby. The parking in the underground enclosed parking lot was very pleased. Recommended.

I appreciate the self check-in,parking in front of the house. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The only defect in beauty was the cigarette smoke in the bathroom from previous guests😔, however, we were notified of this in advance.

A very welcoming host with two little sons whose perfectly equipped playroom was completely available. Accommodation next to the Zoo and a few minutes by trolleybus from the center. The place was very quiet.

I stayed at Monika's place for a month on a work visit. A 5-star experience in every way. Monika is a great host, always available to answer a question and very friendly. The flat was clean, with a great shower. The location is fabulous. There's a nice Italian restaurant within walking distance. There are two NextBike/Bolt scooter/Lime scooter locations nearby. The tram is just a few minutes away. And there is a large modern grocery store nearby. The flat gets a lot of natural sunlight and has a great porch to sit on.

This is a beautiful apartment near the central station. The apartment is also ideal for families with small children.
