Tours and general transportation for day to day needs to the the city and surrounding regions can also be arranged directly with the property caretaker Evers who is on site for an additional cost which can be negotiated directly with Evers.

It is not recommended as a resting place when there is business such as nightclubs and other places of fun that emit noise (vier/sab/dom). Surrounded by nature, with trees, ample green area for outdoor play and fun, ample parking, for travelers in group, safe area with surveillance included, close to restaurants, taps, convenience store.

We had the most amazing time at Carlos' place. Not only was he extremely easy to communicate with, but he also actively helped us with anything and everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay and had everything we needed. The home is absolutely beautiful. My 13 friends and I had fun swimming in the pool, cooking on the grill (which Carlos kindly showed us how to use), and playing soccer on the field for hours. The rooms were perfect, with nice showers and big, comfortable beds. I could not recommend this amazing place enough, we will definitely be back! We had the best weekend ever.

Jhoana welcomed us on time with great kindness, super attentive to questions and recommendations of the area. The apartment is quite cozy, clean and central, just three blocks from the square, with plenty of restaurants nearby. My family liked the kitchen, quite complete, we were able to prepare our breakfast without any problem.

Nice apartment, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. As shown in the photos, the place was impeccable, comfortable and in a good location. Everything was clean, tidy and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The hosts are very attentive and willing to help me by being flexible with the check-out. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tarapoto. I highly recommend it!
