¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.

La casa increíble. Se corresponde perfectamente con la descripción del anuncio. Dispone de todo lo necesario, cosa que te hace sentir como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. La piscina es todo un plus. Los dos patios le dan un extra a la casa para poder disfrutar al aire libre, el hecho de que tenga barbacoa también suma. La zona es muy tranquila, lo cual es perfecto si quieres descansar. Patricia es una excelente anfitriona he tenido una buena comunicación con ella en todo momento, todo han sido facilidades. Jennifer ha sido también muy atenta y nos ha recomendado un montón de sitios a los que acudir. Estoy segura de que repetiremos experiencia. Muchas gracias por dejar que nos alojáramos en tu casa.

El lugar es muy tranquilo para poder relajarse con la familia e incluso con mascotas. Nos los pasamos genial aun siendo un fin de semana corto. Volveremos sin duda! Muchas gracias también a Alejandro por hacer la estancia más amena.

The house far exceeded our expectations, plenty of space for all the guests, stunning surroundings and great walks in the area recommend by Ana. Ana was very friendly and super responsive, once coming to help us change the gas for the stove within fifteen minutes. An amazing stay, cannot recommend it highly enough. (A car/taxi is needed to arrive at the house)

We spent a most enjoyable month at Nathalie's place in Denia. Nathalie is an outstanding host... she is very responsive, kind, and always helpful. She knows the area well and is happy to share ideas and suggestions for interesting and fun activities. The place is as described and was very clean and comfortable for our group (4 adults and one child). The location is in a charming part of old town Denia, with loads of shops, cafes, restaurants and public spaces. Noteworthy for parents with children, there is an incredible collection of wooden toys (and artisanal specialty of Denia) at the house, so our youngest was never without interesting options at play time. I recommend Nathalie's place very highly... it's an absolute gem.

La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta, tiene detalles para los huespedes muy bonitos. La casa es antigua pero tiene su encanto, nos gustó mucho, además está equipada con todo lo necesario. Es amplia y bonita.

Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

This was an absolute gem in the perfect location of javea! 5-10 monutes to the pebble beach and about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Plenty of free parking right by the apartment. Apartment was in fantadtic condition and clean with every amenity you could want. lovely complex with fab pool indoor and outdoor, perfect for kids even on rainy days! very safe and secure. it was clean and tidy and sheets/towels were crisp white! showers worked fine and lots of appliances/utensils in the kitchen. Great host who was always responsive. even thought we landed late they greeted us at the apartment and even got us some snacks and water as all the shops had closed which was a life saver! Do not hesitate if you are looking at this apartment for your next holiday as we will certainly be coming back!!

This apartments location is amazing right on the beach ( you can fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves) Couple of bars /restaurants short walk great safe car parking if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place We will return 👍

We hebben echt genoten in de villa met zwembad. Op de aankomstdag kwam Sophie langs om kennis te maken en informatie te delen. Een auto is nodig op deze locatie. Denia is een fantastische stad. We zijn ook 1 nacht naar Ibiza geweest met de Balearía (met de auto op 8 minuten afstand van de villa. Het is wel iedere keer goed opletten met uitrijden bij de in-/ uitrit. En er is een lekker restaurant op 5 minuten loopafstand. Kortom het was een fantastische week en zou deze villa aanraden bij vrienden en kennissen.

We had the pleasure of calling this home our retreat for 10 days with extended family. The home is massive and will easily accommodate a larger party and maintain privacy for when desired. The location of the villa has breathtaking views and minutes to the quant town of Banissa. Robert and Jennifer were easily reached for questions and recommendations. The only downside to the trip was having to leave this oasis! We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything Robert!

Zunächst einmal möchte ich sagen, dass der Check-in wirklich reibungslos verlief. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Kommunikation während des Aufenthaltes verlief auch wunderbar. Als ein Rolladen zu reparieren war, wurde dies sofort erledigt. Der Pool ist sehr schön - etwas kalt ohne Poolheizung im Oktober - und wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Familien, das Haus hat eine gute Größe und es hatten alle genügend Platz. Die Küchen waren gut ausgestattet, bei unserer Anreise war alles sauber. Die obere Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, die untere (in der man sich die meiste Zeit aufhält) hätte eine kleine Renovierung nötig, besonders die Bäder. Aber auch das war ok. Der Außenbereich ist schön, es gibt genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen großen Grill, Billard, Tischtennis ….. Es gibt viele tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, die Strände sind gut erreichbar und es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!

Pasamos unos fantásticos días en el apartamento de Gregoria. Muy tranquilo con las comodidades y espacio adecuado para nosotros. Todo estaba muy ordenado y el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado (cocina, salón, habitación...). Además, ella siempre estaba accesible para cualquier duda o problema que pudiésemos tener (que no los hubo). Recomendaría encarecidamente su alojamiento a futuros huéspedes.

Ha sido maravilloso, nada más llegar nos quedamos encantados de la casa, zona muy tranquila y acogedora con muy buena atención de los anfitriones. Si quieres pasar un buen rato familiar es el sitio ideal.

No queriamos irnos...rodeados de naturaleza, los pajaros cantando, Estrella su perrita que es un amor y nos visitaba de vez en cuando. Muchos espacios para conectar y estar en calma, para hacer rutas. No nos ha faltado de nada. Laura da toda la confianza para moverte por su espacio con toda tranquilidad, para mantener hermosas conversaciones. En fin, magia!! Todo un descubrimiento.Gracias, gracias y gracias por tu entrega en este proyecto, por compartirlo con tanto amor. Sin duda volveremos!

La casa è in una zona residenziale, di ville, molto tranquilla e molto carina e ordinata. La proprietà ha un accesso carraio con parcheggio, comodissimo. Come da descrizione, il primo piano è abitato, ma la persona presente, estremamente discreta, non l'abbiamo mai percepità. Vista solo all'arrivo e alla partenza. Si accede agli spazi messi a disposizione tramite cancelletto riservato e si arriva allo splendido spazio esterno con piscina, cucinino, zona barbecue e tavolo con sedie e divanetti. Che dire: meraviglioso! Gli spazi all'inteno molto comodi, 3 camere di buonissime dimensioni, 2 bagni, soggiorno comodo e cucina attrezzata. Veramente una bellissima soluzione! Complimenti a Lena per la casa e la sua disponibilità e gentilezza!

Es una casa bastante bonita, tiene ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO. No le faltaba nada. El tener dos cocinas es tremendo PLUS. Hay muchos juegos de mesa, las habitaciones y baños son muy cómodos. La simpatía de Julie por teléfono y la de Nigel personalmente, fue FENOMENAL. La casa estaba super Limpia! El viento, puede ser muy fuerte. Gracias Julie y Nigel

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable
