Wonderful. The stay was great. Very well-kept and quiet pools, quiet area, the cove is a sight. The house is great, with all the amenities and unbeatable views. We will definitely be back and we recommend it.

Excellent home in a peaceful area close to the mountains and beach. The house is marvellous, with the pool, barbeque and garden. We ate the best home grown oranges, straight from the tree! This place is a gem, we will come back!

In short: the cabin, Alvaro's service, the views, the silence and Llop have been really incredible, a different experience, the huge jacuzzi, a tree on the back terrace with red leaves that I fell in love with, very close to Gandia town, everything really good. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be back!!

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

My husband and I and one of our daughters stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful apartment that was so well equiped & had everything we needed; had a lovely balcony & pool & easy access to the beach and shops. What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

Well, the week we spent in Calpe in Alexander's accommodation has been spectacular, restaurants, beach, supermarket, pool practically all at home, the 3 spectacular pools, you go up from the building to the beach with a fine sand of 10, close to the accommodation you have dozens of restaurants, shops etc, therefore we consider that the location is also 10. The place without great luxuries is as described in the listing, for a phenomenal couple, it has everything you could need, also review that the apartment was very clean, to thank also that Alexander will provide us with a fan that we ask why we are not very fond of abusing the air conditioning. Alexander's treatment was very good and he was careful that we were not missing anything, definitely an accommodation that we will definitely repeat. All the best.

Fantastic stay! We had an incredible time with the family. Ideal for going with children for the convenience of being literally right on the beach. A very nice, practical house with wonderful views. Everything is easy and simple with Manuela, very kind. We'll try to come back for sure!

The villa was really clean, comfortable and stylish. We loved the terrace and the views. The pool was unheated so a little bit chilly for the time of year but there were plenty of different places to sit and enjoy the stunning views and the warm sunshine. The villa had everything we needed (except multiple sets of keys which were supplied when we asked for them). Just a note that we did not realise that two of the bedrooms were only accessed from outside the property-this did not matter as our party were all adults/teens but visitors with younger children may want to know that. Ani (the local host) was really welcoming, great at communicating, helping us know what to do and where to go, and answering our questions. We wish we could have stayed longer!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa with its stunning sea view! We appreciated the earlier check in, plus a cot and high chair for our one year old granddaughter. The location was perfect - within walking distance of the port, shops and restaurants but also quiet and peaceful too.

We had an amazing stay at Tom's villa - we will definitely be back! peaceful with a great sun facing pool, we spent 2 full days in his pool watching sport and drinking beers. Tom is a great host, was very attentive and proactive without being too present. it felt like we had our own villa for the 3 nights we were there. Tom had thought of everything we needed and was very helpful, also giving us a bottle of red wine when we had run out! this place is perfect if you want a tranquil stay somewhere remote. it's quite far from bars or restaurants so you'll need a car, but the rooms have everything you need to cook and to live on the property, so we didn't leave at all!

We spent a week by car in Altea and experienced something new every day. The apartment is quietly located and the neighbors in the house are very friendly. We worked and vacationed in the apartment, which is why we spent a lot of time in the apartment. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything was very clean. The view from the balcony is really fantastic and we will miss it very much.

Amazing place and view , the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The sunrises are gorgeous with a view directly from the bedroom bed. The host is caring and available all the time. The place , price and quality are perfect . The case when reality exceeded expectations . Convenient area in terms of transport links to the center and the airport . Wide beaches and wonderful sand . I would come back here again. I highly recommend !))))

A beautiful villa with 3 full double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Spacious garden with several seats, one is covered. Excellent swimming pool and spacious views, because it is located high up. Many amenities just a short drive away. However, provide a - by the way very sweet - cat, this was not included in the description.

Everything was perfect, I would stay again without a doubt ! Moraira is a beautiful place, the house was super clean, it had everything we could need.

We had a lovely time at the villa which is beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. The pool is a good size and well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. The location is easy to find being only a turning off the main road through Xabia with the old town being walkable and the port and Arenal area only a short drive away. There are plenty of areas to sit including the barbecue area, the undercover area which remained cool despite it being very hot during our stay. We have 4 children and the house was suitable for them whilst obviously having to be vigilant and aware of the dangers of a pool with young children. Overall a lovely house and both the owners and Kiek who lives locally were very attentive and helpful.
