The city of Château-du-Loir, is only 5 min away by car, and will give access to every commodities, restaurants and supermarkets. You'll be in 5 min by bike by the river the Loir, or 19 min on foot. A place to rest a few days, for 4 to 6 people. As indeed, 4 people could sleep in 2 bedrooms and 2 can sleep in the living-room. Le Lude is 20min away by car.

On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with table and garden chairs as well as a barbecue.
