What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Overall it was very nice, he was very responsive and made check in very smooth and easy, which after 3 flights and 10 hrs of flying was very nice. He even let us check in early and had available wine for us to enjoy. 10/10 would definitely come again. 😁

We had a great time with the family in this charming, quiet and very well-equipped house. Everything was clean and consistent with the announcement. A big thank you to Jessica for her kindness and responsiveness, as well as for the crib provided, it was really appreciated! We felt very comfortable as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend this rental!

I loved our stay at Carolin's place, lovely place and amazing host

We spent a week in the beautiful house. It is absolutely quiet in a beautiful residential area. and you can do something in all directions. not only culturally but there are also great forests. The highlight was that you can watch the starry sky above the bed. We were very warm during the week, well are the electric blinds and the tranquility of the garden with the large seating area and the sun loungers we were also able to enjoy. You can prepare smaller dishes with the dishes and the kitchen equipment. Everything you need. The open bathroom is great and everything very classy. We felt very comfortable. Nicolas and his wife are very nice hosts.

Fabulous apartment and super responsive hosts. Loved the vibrant location in the heart of Paris near Metro and lots of great restaurants. Apartment is bright,airy and super comfortable for my husband and I . We very much appreciated all the attention to our requests for help navigating Paris. A winner all around!

Zarah’s place was absolutely lovely! It’s cozy, clean, and surprisingly spacious for Paris — we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t be better: so easy to get everywhere, and there’s so much to see, eat, and do just steps away. Zarah was a wonderful host — kind, thoughtful, and always quick to respond. Siham is a fantastic host, the apartment was beautiful and in a great location, really lovely neighbourhood we felt really safe and secure in the area. Staying in a traditional Parisian apartment we really felt like we got the best Parisian experience! Le Grenier bakery was just on the doorstep and was a great spot to grab breakfast. Siham sent us a local guide which really helped, we went to Le Dome Villiers for a meal on her recommendation and it was fabulous. In addition to being in a very good location, the apartment has a balcony with panoramic views. Paris, especially at sunset, is truly magical: the golden light floods the apartment. The decor is neat, and the neighborhood is just perfect. Don't hesitate!

Laurence's accommodation is nestled in a subdivision in the heart of the forest. The garden is large, well appointed, perfectly suitable for the dog, he felt great there! We enjoyed great walks nearby, including the Comelle ponds, a beautiful place. Laurence offered us a tour of the Château de Chantilly and even accompanied us there – a delicate attention that we greatly appreciated. The house is very clean, comfortable, and only an hour from Paris, which makes it very accessible. We loved the area and the stay at his house. Thanks again!

Excellent accommodation for a larger group. We combined our stay with a weekend Disney Paris (only 15 minutes drive). House looks neat, decor is complete. Very quiet area, small street closed by a gate. Friendly welcome. Highly recommended!

Ben’s place is located in Enghein Les Bains, one of the most posh Paris suburb which can easily commute to Paris within 10 mins. The villa itself is 5 mins walk to the train station (Deuil-la-Barre) and everything including enghein city, supermarkets and restaurants. I am quite familiar with Paris and I always feel like booking something at Enghein Les bains, Villa itself is nice and spacious. we walked through roads full of flowers and roses. Ben is very friendly, flexible and responsive. I don’t have any hesitation to recommend it to anyone

A bright spacious place to stay as a jade with a private garden, an island of tranquility, really 25 minutes from the heart of Paris. We spent 6 nights in the house with my retired parents and my 4 year old toddler. The hospitality and helpfulness of his family brought a smile to our face, we met at any time during the stay. The 3 bedrooms are more than enough, the kitchen is well equipped, the salt and pepper spices. The baths are clean, the bigger one is extremely spacious, the tub is almost a pool for the toddler. The mattress is very soft with more tests. The breakfast is 5 minutes away from the accommodation (Boulangerie, Patisserie, supermarket and the farmer's market on Thursday). Parkolas on the adjacent street is free. The host's dog is friendly, sometimes it passes through the fenced garden, but it didn't bother us, the child loved the dog very much. TV, Netflix, YouTube, the couch is a toddler's favorite. I recommend it to those who like peace and quiet. I couldn't bring any specifics. We're back!
