Villamanrique, with an approximate population of 1600 inhabitants, has a unique landscape, transition between the cereal plain of the Manchego steppe and the picturesque Paleozoic terrain of Sierra Morena. It is furrowed by numerous seasonal streams and flanked by castles and towers with centuries of history behind it. Born-place and passage of the renowned Ruta del Quijote, Villamanrique and Campo de Montiel are lands where Spanish culture and literature has grown. Lands that have seen the birth of the immortal knight walking four centuries ago and that, today, has magnificent landscapes, with an artistic and natural heritage of the first order. The distinguished Church of San Andrés Apóstol observes with splendour the natural surroundings of the municipality. Other points such as "La Casa Grande", or also known as "La Casa de los Manrique", declared of cultural interest with the category of monument stand out next to this 16th-century parish church. In this house lived the poet Jorge Manrique, author of the famous work "Coplas a la muerte de su padre". But not all are natural landscapes that fall in love with everyone who steps on the place, nor is it just history, literature and culture. The gastronomy of the town is based on the countryside, on its production, on the natural. In Villamanrique you can enjoy Spanish and Manchego cuisine in all its splendour and you will try dishes such as gazpacho manchego, miguelitos, migas, or pisto. The village of Hornos is declared a Conjunto Historico, it is pedestrian, although you can upload and download luggage. In its streets decorated with pots and flowers, walking gives us the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the essence of the rural world. The situation of the house, in the center of the Natural Park of Cazorla, Segura and the Villas, allows us to visit it by making 3 radial routes from Hornos.

It has a private patio with a barbecue and a small table to enjoy the outdoors. The house has heating for the winter but air conditioning is not necessary because it is very cool. It has hot water too

The jacuzzi is only plugged in during the summer months as it is outdoors and does not heat the water. The house is prepared for eight. If the rules are not followed, I will be forced to notify the platform, as I am having very bad experiences lately with more than 30 people entering the house and making it dirty. The house is not for that kind of party. For each additional person who comes in without telling me, it would be €100 more

Everything was perfect, the location, the price and the cleanliness. The house is very complete for children and adults. Kitchenware, linens and towels, better is impossible. I left a duvet cover and they sent it to my home. Both Pedro and Teresa are very helpful and friendly people, responding to everything quickly. Excellent home

We rented this apartment for work reasons and found it impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable, so we were able to rest perfectly in a quiet and peaceful place. The apartment also had everything you need for a pleasant stay. But, without a doubt, what I valued most was Michelangelo's kindness, especially in terms of time flexibility; he allowed us to leave much later, making it easier for me to attend a very important online meeting that I had the next day. He also recommended several nearby places for lunch and dinner, and they were all excellent. Definitely a highly recommended experience.
