Benjamin's place is perfect for visiting Annecy and its surroundings. The accommodation has a splendid view of the mountains. It's very functional and well-decorated. our stay was very nice.

Overall: Came for a winter skiing week with 3 adults and 2 children. Everyone was very satisfied with this very nice chalet -- but prepare yourself for some low ceilings. Pros: Larger than we were expecting. Split toilet and shower helps with larger group. Lots of places to dry your wet items. Area outside for kids to play in snow with toys and sled(ge)s available. Sheltered picnic table just outside the front door. Able to borrow a variety of cooking equipment for making local delicacies. Extremely helpful host. Beautiful interior and exterior. Cons: You WILL bump your head on the large ceiling joist over the beds in the 3-bed room. No matter how much you think you have learned where it is, you haven't. On the last day while packing achieved concussion level impact with this joist, despite a week of experience. Other low areas such as over stairs could be an issue for a taller person. Garage has limited space for accessing vehicle and we parked only half into the garage.

We had a very pleasant stay in Laurence's chalet. Ideally located on the slopes, start and return on skis. This location is for those looking for peace and proximity to nature. I warmly recommend this atypical place hoping to return.

We had a great weekend with friends at Laurence's cottage! This former farmhouse has been very well restored, normally the barn upstairs which offers a magnificent volume and many rooms.

We spent a few days in the cottage and everything was perfect! We were three couples. The bedrooms are nice, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets are great. The view from the living room is absolutely stunning. The place is very quiet while being close to the resort. A big thank you to Carole,who takes care of hosting, for her kindness and good humor! Great flexibility on check-in and check-out times and it's very nice.

My friends and I had an incredible time. The location was incredible, the house was great, and Stephanie was a fantastic host. I highly recommend!

The cottage is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The jacuzzi with mountain views is a real plus, a moment of pure happiness in a peaceful setting. The bedding is very comfortable, the services are quality, and everything is perfectly clean and thoughtful. The host is very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. A place we recommend without so much as a second thought!

Diane and her husband are extremely kind. Our arrival was very late because of the traffic jams and they troubleshooted us at the last minute for dinner!! Description of the accommodation very faithful, perfect for hosting a couple with their children (we had 3). Small coffee leaving on the last day by chatting. Perfect stay!

We enjoyed a fantastic family Christmas. The chalet is beautiful, with stunning views and very well appointed. It is on the edge of the beautiful village of Saint Martin, with easy access to the ski lifts provided by transfers organised by the host. We often walked to the slopes through the village which is also possible. It was a very relaxed and fun week.

Melanie and Nico were the best Airbnb hosts we've ever encountered. As soon as we arrived, we were met with so much kindness and a huge surprise! Throughout the week, they always made sure we were good by scheduling shuttle times for the mountain, providing us with daily food menus to order from, and coming to help us when we didn't know how to use the coffee machine. The house itself is incredible! It was a beautiful feeling to dip in the hot tub, sauna, or pool after a long day on the slopes. The view of the mountains from the house was one of the best views we've seen. It was also easy to navigate into the Arcs. From the house, it's about a 10-15-minute walk to Arcs 1600, and from there, it's super easy to take the bus to the other Arcs. If you want an incredible, relaxing, unforgettable experience, book with Melanie and Nico. You won't regret it!

Fantastic place in Bozel. Lovely views and you cant beat a sauna & Jacuzzi after a long hard day on the slopes. Valerie was very helpful to help meet our needs and we were very pleased with the accommodation and our stay. we will be back next year. Thanks Valerie!

Excellent stay! The accommodation was spotless and super well-equipped. We were able to enjoy a quiet weekend with family and will gladly come back. In addition, the location is a major asset; nearby ski resorts, restaurants, lakes… The host was remarkably kind and responsive. Thank you again for hosting us and see you soon!

What can I say, the chalet is fabulous! Sally was super helpful from booking to checking out. She gave us tips for places to eat, ski hire , arranging passes and travel. The hot tub was a welcome relief for tired legs after a days skiing. The beds were really comfortable, and the linen was pristine. The chalet had everything we needed, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, have fun and enjoy our break away. The supermarket is really close, and there is a fantastic patisserie down the road in town. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back.

We had a great time at Josiane's; the setting is very beautiful, the accommodation is quiet and functional. We enjoyed the friendly welcome from our host and their hospitality. The location of the accommodation allowed us to take very nice hikes and access the heart of the village easily without taking the car.

Aboslutely the best location in the area. The view from all rooms is exceptional. I would not hesitate to book this property again. There is one thing of note, and this was not a problem for us, but something to be aware of. The house is a duplex. The large deck in front connects to the ajoining unit. It is owned by the same (very friendly) family. I hope to return to this wonderful place again soon.

Perfect accommodation for a family gathering, access close to the ski resort, very peaceful environment. The only downside in my opinion is the price of electricity to be added at the end of the stay. We had it for 107 euros without excess and without using the sauna ...
