Lovely place in the Punta Carreras district, so convenient to shopping, restaurants, a large grocery, and the Rambla. Nice apartment with balcony, and as always, it’s the little details that are especially appealing, the espresso/coffee and mate and even milk for my morning coffee. As a visitor, though, it was a treat and delight to make the mate, it was fun & delicious! Front desk staff was very nice, too, always a plus! *note: when we were there, there was a building next door under construction, but we did not hear anything when the sliders were closed (good soundproofed glass!). We weren’t bothered at all, but we did put down the blinds for privacy when needed! Would still visit again, it was a very nice stay!

Yoha was an amazing host. The place was spotless and is very bright. The bed is comfortable and the linens are of good quality. Yoha was available to answer questions and help me out throughout my stay if I needed anything. Highly recommend this spot!

Una de las mejores estadías que tuve. En mi caso, trabajo de forma remota y pude aprovechar muchísimo el espacio de coworking y las áreas comunes, que complementan perfectamente al departamento privado. Cada detalle está diseñado para que la experiencia sea cómoda y funcional. La ubicación es 10/10, ideal tanto para quienes vienen a trabajar como para quienes quieren disfrutar de Montevideo. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería, y recomendaría este lugar a cualquier viajero que busque calidad, comodidad y un ambiente cálido. ¡Gracias Valeria por todo!

Sandra's apartment is very beautiful and cozy. It is very clean, tidy and has all the items that you need (e.g. cooking items, bed linens, bathroom items) for a comfortable stay. The building has many amenities including an outdoor pool, outdoor jacuzzies, gym, indoor jacuzzi, sauna, rooftop patio with a party room which includes a parrilla. The building is located right across from the rambla which is a wonderful place that has a beach and you can walk along the sea. It's also located across from Orinoco street which has cafes, restaurants, bars and gyms. Sandra is a wonderful host who is very helpful and responsive and makes sure you have a comfortable stay.

El apartamento es contrafrente, con balcón y vista despejada que da hacia la copa de los árboles lo que lo hace muy silencioso y agradable. Es un monoambiente con muy buenas dimensiones, con mucha luz natural, muy cómodo y con una linda decoración. Está ubicado en el barrio de Puerto del Buceo, cerca de la Rambla, del WTC, shopping y zona comercial. Sebas, el anfitrión, siempre muy bien predispuesto para colaborar en todo para que estuviéramos cómodos. Lo recomiendo!

Javier was a very responsive and flexible host. We were a group of four and the unit was very comfortable. The building has very good amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. We always chose this location because it suits our needs. The area is safe well serviced and there is plenty to do at walking distance. We recommend this place and we will look at booking at it again in our regular visit to family.

Tive só dois problemas pequenos na hospedagem, um ar-condicionado que não estava funcionando e a fechadura eletrônica que no último dia deu algum problema que disparava um alarme, mas continuava funcionando normalmente. Mas tenho a certeza que Pablo vai resolver estes pequenos problemas, pois tem uma proatividade e uma disponibilidade para isso. No mais tudo excelente, apartamento com uma vista incrível e uma decoração de fino gosto, nos sentimos muito bem durante toda a estadia.

Alojamiento super bueno, amplio, lindo, excelente vista. Super comodo para 4 personas. El unico detalle es que la ubicacion es poco conveniente para alguien que no tiene auto por ejemplo. En mi caso nosotros si teniamos y menos mal que decidimos arrendarlo ahi mismo en Montevideo para luego ir a Punta del Este porque el alojamiento queda lejos de la costanera o del centro o de restaurant o de supermercados. Para considerar si no tendras auto.

El alojamiento de Gonzalo resultó muy cómodo y agradable. Ubicado en un punto estratégico de una zona con mucho movimiento y accesible. A unos metros tiene la parada del bus con líneas que te llevan a distintas zonas de interés de la ciudad. Los alrededores tiene variedad de restaurantes y cafeterías además de un shopping al que se puede llegar caminando. La costa esta muy próxima así que pudimos disfrutar de caminatas por la hermosa rambla de Montevideo.

Mit Alvaro zusammen zu wohnen war eine angenehme Erfahrung. Er ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat alles und liegt in einer sicheren Gated Community. Einzig in der Umgebung gibt es nicht viel zu sehen und tun.
