The tower is located on a private, fenced property with 24-hour doorman, a lounge with industrial washing machines and dryers, games, a gym, parking spaces, and a solarium. On the (highest) 25th floor, there is a terrace that borders the entire building, with a 360° view. You'll see the city from here like never before!

Apartamento 1 dorm. 9º piso en POCITOS with FIBER OPTIC WI-FI. Excellent location 3 blocks from boulevard and beach. The house is good for couples, families, and travelers. Comfortable 3 adults or 2 adults and two children (Sommier two places + sofa bed). All services in the block: bars, restaurants, super, pharmacy, laundry, currency exchange. 5-10 minutes by taxi from the shoppings. Spacious, bright, warm and modern, bathroom and full kitchen, air conditioning in room and living room. Safe and nice area.

Spacious loft one block from the Punta Carretas promenade and in front of one of the most important shopping malls in Montevideo, Shopping Punta Carretas. The apartment is very spacious, with large windows with lots of greenery around and very close to all amenities, places to visit, shopping mall and a varied gastronomic offer. It has a large fenced garden with an automated gate that allows you to park the car comfortably. The loft is accessed by stairs.
