Our stay at Alex's property was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is simply spectacular, surrounded by lush nature that provides an atmosphere of tranquility and total rest. The house is spacious, comfortable and well-equipped, ideal for enjoying with family or friends. Without a doubt, one of the biggest attractions is the pool, which exceeded our expectations; it is spacious, clean and perfect for relaxing or having fun. The ranch is another spectacular space, ideal for sharing unforgettable moments, whether preparing a barbecue or enjoying the breeze. The kids had a great time exploring every corner of the property. Alex's hospitality as a host was excellent, always attentive to any request and ensuring a flawless stay. We leave with the best memories and would definitely come back without thinking twice. We recommend this place to those looking for comfort, nature and total disconnection.

Eduardo is very kind, we opened the apartment and everything was very good... Thank you very much Eduardo for being aware.

Great place, in a safe neighbourhood and loads of restaurants around. The apartment was very clean and it had everything that says in the add. The security guards are very helpful and friendly. The location is ideal, with easy access to supermarkets, malls and restaurants. The beds are comfortable, each room has air conditioning, and the kiosko is perfect for enjoying and sharing in groups. Johnny was always very attentive and promptly responded to our requests. The house is spacious, clean, and has parking. The Wifi is fast and perfect if you work remotely. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again. Recommended!

I was passing through Montería and this was the perfect place to pecnoctar as it is relatively close to the transportation terminal (approx. 20 min walk). The neighborhood is nice, quiet and safe for walking. I hope to stay again in the future. Thank you very much :)
