We had a lovely time and the room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurants are within walking distance. The view from the room was perfect. Jeroen is very responsive to your needs. We highly recommend staying at this place.

The view from the balcony is amazing and it’s generally a cozy bright studio apartment. Daniel was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations and cared about our wellbeing and enjoyment. Would recommend!

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés ! Emplacement idéal : parking gratuit à proximité et tram à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Andrew a été très accueillant et à l’écoute, il nous a même permis d’accéder au logement plus tôt que prévu en raison de notre arrivée anticipée. Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos et était très propre.

Everything was perfect and Thomas was very helpful and quick to respond. Loved the parking spot in front of the house. The place was clean and had a nice balcony! Would come again!

Alexandre est un hôte très réactif ! Le studio correspond parfaitement au descriptif et aux photos . L’appartement était propre , très fonctionnelle, bien équipé. Il est dans le cœur de Nice à 5 minutes à pied de la mer .

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit in Paulas Unterkunft! Das Dorf hat einen wunderschönen Charme und die Gegend ist ein Traum - wirklich zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder:)

Great cozy house in a lovely, peaceful setting. Looking out over the vineyard from the patio is a real treat. We had a wonderful stay here, and so did our 2 dogs. Only wish we had stayed longer, but we’ll be back:) The house is a 5+min drive to Cotignac, easily one of the best small town in the entire area. So much to discover in the near surroundings too. The host was lovely and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Super séjour entre amis avec des enfants de 3/4 ans Maison bien adaptée pour eux avec le jardin sécurisé. Plage à 1 min à pied. Sentier du littoral à côté. Plage de sable à 5 min en voiture 15 min à pieds ( 20 min avec enfants ). Grand parc de jeux super sympa à 5 min à pieds de la maison. La maison était très propre. Prévoir juste les éléments de base (sel, huile, vinaigre, pastilles lave vaisselle, torchon cuisine..) Tout était très bien nous avons adoré notre séjour 👍☺️

Merci à Christiane et René pour leur accueil très chaleureux et leur disponibilité. J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans le studio bien aménagé, malheureusement le temps n'était pas de la partie pour profiter de la piscine. Logement très bien situé, à deux pas du centre de Saint Vallier de Thiey, au calme. Je reviendrai à l'occasion!

Beautiful location. Immaculately clean, contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great train links from nearby Grasse to Monaco, Cannes and so much more.

Bonne communication avant et pendant le séjour. Laura est très sympathique. Le logement est dans un lieu calme avec un magnifique jardin. Le jardin est clôturé ce qui est en plus pour nos chiennes. Nous avons apprécié la gentille attention de Laura, son très bon jus de pomme au frigo à notre arrivée. Merci pour tout.

Siamo arrivati, l'host era già lì ad attenderci. C'è il parcheggio privato, è possibile spostarsi a piedi anche per andare al mare. Casa pulitissima, ordinata e arredata molto bene. L'alloggio dispone di due bagni. La zona è molto tranquilla. L'host parla francese, un ottimo inglese e se la cava anche in Italiano. Quando tornerò a Nizza questo alloggio sarà sicuramente la mia unica scelta. Consigliatissimo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Stephane, l’appartement est sublime, situé , dans un cadre verdoyant, avec des prestations haut de gamme. Hyper silencieux idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée d’escapade. Idéalement situé vous êtes à quelques minutes en voiture du centre ville de Saint Raphaël . Nous sommes restés une petite semaine et avons pris la route côtière pour nous rendre à Nice et Monaco , quel plaisir , des paysages à couper le souffle , il n’y a pas à dire le Var est le plus beau département de France 😍😍 Nous remercions chaleureusement Stéphane pour la qualité de nos échanges et la bienveillance accordée à nos deux compagnons à 4 pattes qui nous accompagnent lors de nos vacances. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir chez Stéphane pour profiter de la belle piscine 👍

A great flat just same as picture even better in person. Proactive hosts and frequently texted me to make sure everything. Loved the pool for residents. Sadly didn’t have chance to go to a beach close by. But it wasn’t good location if you don’t have car. Spent much money and time for the buses and train. Took 20mins by walk to go to Antibes station. And sometimes 620 bus comes every 30minutes/1h from Nice after evenings. But calmer and private place. It was a great deal. Highly recommended if they have a car even if you don’t, still a good deal.

L’appartement de Kathleen était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement situé en plein cœur de Sainte-Maxime. Tout est accessible à pied, ce qui est vraiment idéal. La communication avec Kathleen a été fluide et agréable — elle est dynamique, spontanée et très accueillante. Un séjour au top, je recommande vivement !

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.

I have stayed at over 7 different airbnbs and this one blew all of them out of the water due to the amenities that were included with the stay. The neighborhood is gorgeous and quiet as well with a beautiful pool, tennis and ping pong. The only downside for me was the size of the kitchen but that’s because I’m a high calorie human and I like to cook a lot. Besides that everything is perfect and just as described if not better
