Villa vacation rentals in Montarnaud

Took some effort to finally find the right unit - but Nadege was super nice and helpful. Villa was perfect for our needs, nice and tidy, tastefully decorated and fitted out. Easy walk to restaurants, waterfront, marina, stores. We really enjoyed our time in La Grande Motte.

Perfect stay! Sinan is an exceptional host, very welcoming and available. His tips on restaurants and local activities were invaluable. We felt right at home. We were pleasantly surprised by the charm of this house. Everything was thought out for our comfort, from kitchen amenities to soft towels. A real cocoon. Located in a quiet area, the accommodation is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The proximity to shops and restaurants is a real plus. i highly recommend it

Our stay at Olivier and Yana's house was very nice, the house is very spacious and well-equipped! Yana was very responsive and flexible, thank you again.

Very pleasant stay in a practical and functional house. We couldn't enjoy swimming in the pool because it was too cold at the end of April but we enjoyed it visually. Very well located for visiting the area.

Very good stay, corresponding to the listing, Stéphane is a very friendly and responsive Host, we were welcomed as friends. Stephane is also very careful with the privacy of these tenants , we never see him, unless we asked him something and again , he sends us a message before coming to ask if it's possible.

We were already sure we'd have a pleasant weekend with friends, but it was even more in this house. Beautiful setting, tastefully chosen materials, good quality, pleasant and peaceful social spaces, everything to settle in and rest. Close to the beach without taking the car. Anyway, everything was great!

A very big thank you to Chantal and her husband, it was as if you had been away for a very long time and are coming home. She is very accommodating, helpful, charming and very well organized. There was a great introduction to the house & surroundings, lots of information about restaurants, places to see. The house is incredibly clean, well-maintained and equipped with a lot of love. Attention is paid to sustainability and there is really nothing to complain about. Everything functional. The surroundings especially the beach very large and beautiful. We were 8 people in the house and it has enough space not to step on each other's feet. The pool is very nice, heated and the hot tub absolutely great. The little surprise from the baker was also very loving. We say thank you again and will definitely be back. Stephan & Family

Beautiful site! Angelique was more than welcoming. We were difficult/not reachable during the trip. She waited for us, was flexible, responsive, impeccable service! The house is modern, beautiful and very well-equipped, we lacked nothing. Angélique provided us with beds/sheets/playpens etc. for babies. Everything is done with a lot of love. For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

We had a great weekend with friends in this superb villa, perfectly equipped (swimming pool, pétanque, barbecue, comfortable bedding...). The environment is quiet, ideal for relaxing. A big thank you to hosts, very welcoming and flexible on schedules. We recommend it!

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The small touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

After a lovely stay two years ago, we rebooked this property again with no hesitation for our next family holiday in the area. The house is well laid out with air conditioning throughout which kept us cool during some high temperatures. The outdoor area is beautiful and spacious, and we were happy just being by the pool all day. I also appreciated that the hosts let me know we could check in early on arrival day if needed, before I even had to ask. Would definitely recommend, and stay again.

Excellent!! Two-week stay for 2 adults and 3 children in mid-August. Responsiveness before arrival during our email exchanges. Super nice welcome, with very nice little touches. We were able to check in early. Listing identical to the description and very well maintained. Completely suitable for 5 people, spacious accommodation, pleasant and unoverlooked terrace. Secure residence, quiet, parking space right in front of the accommodation. Very nice and very good sizable pool. Peaceful setting. Access to Valras city center and the beach is a 15-minute walk. Many restaurants and shops in the city center, access to the shopping center about 5 minutes drive. Beautiful things to visit nearby. Just lacks air conditioning in very hot weather, but fans available and pillows that were not comfortable to our liking. We recommend it ++ Thank you! :-)
