Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The setting is even more special: a charming town in Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It's really nice to meet people like this when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Nice apartment in the middle of the historic center near Plaza de sant Marcelo where there is also an underground parking garage which is reasonably affordable. (18 euros per 24 hours)

Accommodation as described, very practical and functional with everything you need. The host was very close and attentive to us. A place with views of the Suances estuary, in a fantastic and central area of main roads.

The house is very pretty, it is equipped with everything you need, the village is beautiful just like the views. Ramón has fixed all the unforeseen events that have arisen quickly. If your mobiles, just like mine, don't have any coverage in the village. It's difficult to communicate . Otherwise everything was great .

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

Everything was great. Mayte is an excellent host who is always available to help you with whatever you need. And of course, the views from the terrace are stunning. Without a doubt, if we had to return to the area, we would repeat.

We are travelling around Europe, and Manuel's place was in an outstanding location in the highest mountain village of the Picos. We felt part of the Spanish community because everyone was so friendly. The views from the house were absolutely superb!! We enjoyed hiking around the local area and didn't even choose to get in our car for 3 days!! We felt that we were on retreat in such a peaceful and wonderful location. The house was comfortable inside and we also enjoyed using the seating outside, as the weather was excellent!! We highly recommend this house and location.

Olaf was very nice to us and was always available. It is a place that is designed to go with the little ones and small and large details are appreciated (table with protector, bathtub, barriers on the stairs, toys, etc.). Pets are also welcome, so much so that they put out a bowl and some treats for our dog. Perfect place to enjoy as a family!

Ana is very friendly and helpful. He responds super fast and resolves any doubts. It parks very well. It gave us a lot of facilities for everything. The riverside promenade next door makes it easy to take walks if you go with a dog, and it connects very well with downtown Llanes and the beach.

We were made to feel welcome and valued, and the hosts went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They were friendly and attentive, and we would recommend anybody stay there in the most beautiful of areas

It was a perfect stay!! Maria's house is even better than it looks in the photos, a real wonder. Amazing views, beautiful sunset when the weather permits, warm house, the truth is that we can't find a drawback, in fact it was much more equipped than other houses we've taken on Airbnb. Our dog also loved it, it was a perfect stay for all three of us. As for María, she answered within a minute when we asked her anything, she sent us recommendations and was very attentive. Everything was very good. The house was very well equipped and Estibalez was very quick to respond to all the messages we sent him. Very close to the beach and a very quiet area.

Small apartment with lots of charm, we thank Adelia and her husband for the welcome, we had trouble finding them, we called them and they moved very late. Maria José is very nice. The place is as we expected. very close to the beach and the pool is a wonder. We will repeat!

Maria is very lucky to have VIP accommodation. We were delighted in the house and in love with its views, we spent the days and nights with the blinds up looking at the countryside through every window you looked at. Upon arrival, the house was as if it were your own, tidy, clean and with everything Maria had told us. We put the sheets and towels, but she always made it easy for us to put them, just as she offered us a travel crib for our little girl. The location of the apartment was ideal, a 3-minute walk from downtown and 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by countryside and without any noise, just the birds and the wind. The spacious garage and elevator directly to the apartment. We went with a van that measures 1.98m and it fit! (in case the information is useful to someone). We definitely loved it.

Elena's cabaña was a lovely place to stay the week. The weather was rainy and sunny and you could enjoy the views no matter the weather. Highly recommend if you're looking to get away to the hills in comfort.

Unfortunately I could not stay in Raúl's apartment because I was wrong about dates when booking. Although the reservation was non-refundable,I contacted Raúl to explain the problem and it took 10 minutes to call me to fix the problem. I had the bad luck that while we were managing the change of date to which I was interested in,another family booked it online in those 5 minutes so I was unable to make the change. Still, Raul agreed to give me the money back, which he is deeply honored as a person and as a host and I am very grateful to him. Next year I will try to be more attentive to make the reservation and be able to stay at their place.
