We have visited Renaud's beautiful apartment on several occasions now and never been disappointed!

Apartment ideally located and super well-equipped. Perfect to have a good stay in Monaco.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, spacious and clean. There’s plenty of room for all your luggage (we had three big suitcases) and clothes. We stayed for a month and had everything we needed. Adrien is very responsive, kind and charming. We met in person to get a second key and they offered to have the apt cleaned halfway through our stay, which was easy to schedule. The location is perfect, with all the basic needs at your doorstep (convenient store, bakery, restaurants, etc.) and absolutely astonishing sea views. The apt also sits between two tram stops that are very close by. This part of Nice is much less crowded and you’ll always find a spot at the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Christelle's beach side apartment. The view was spectacular! It is very convenient to the metro and walking distance to the CAP3000 Mall. It is in a great location to just get away from the crowds, stroll the boardwalk, and relax with a bottle of wine on the veranda. I highly recommend her place and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Menton. The location is situated very close to public transportation for you to visit towns along the south of France, which made our stay stress-free. There are many restaurants in Mentone to enjoy the bakery down the street is one of the best I’ve come across in the area. The kitchen had many fine cooking instruments to enjoy a meal at the place. The views were spectacular. You could hear the sea crash along the rocks very soothing. 👍

Great stay at Philibert. Hayley was extremely helpful and waited at apartment for us after late evening delay at airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Excellent location close to the port with great public transport and ability to walk into city centre and old town. The tram link between the airport and Port Lympia is very straightforward. Supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants and bars all nearby. We enjoyed pizza from takeaway downstairs from apartment and craft beers/wine and gastropub food from the lovely Brasserie de Castillon across the road at 17 Rue Cassini. We would highly recommend the Philibert apartment. We’ve been to Nice a few times and have stayed in different locations but this was the best location of all. Had a great week in a lovely apartment!

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

We spent a lovely two weeks here! The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. It was a perfect home base for exploring the Riviera, and it was walkable to everything we needed - groceries, beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, train station, etc. The outdoor space was so peaceful with lavender and flowers, and it felt very private. Deborah and Christophe were very kind and always responsive, providing great recommendations, too! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays - thank you!!

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

This is a very comfortable, spacious, well-appointed home with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. All the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. The grocery store is just over a block away and a great bakery is nearby. The location near the beach and train station is a real bonus. We appreciated the space for two cars and having an outdoor terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather. Pierrick was very responsive to all our questions from our first inquiry. Everything we needed for a 22 month year old toddler was available including a crib, change table, high chair and even beach toys. We highly recommend Eve and Pierrick's place.

What a treat to spend 10 nights in this beautifully update home. The location is perfectly placed with a view of the sea and the promenade. The kitchen was well stocked, beds very comfortable, and the homey touches were better than described. Nathalie was the perfect host, responding quickly with restaurant suggestions that were all excellent. The location is easily walkable to the daily market, and the best boulangerie in Antibes. We hated leaving!

We adored this apartment! The views on each level were dreamy. Looking out over the blue water dotted with sail boats and yachts was amazing! We walked everywhere, ate gorgeous food and shopped. The house was perfect and the host was so nice! I’d stay here over and over again!

We stayed at Paul's house for three nights. It was the best accommodation during our entire trip in France. In fact, it was exactly as shown in the photos, Even better than the photos,which was a great surprise. The house was very quiet, private, comfortable and clean. It was evident that they had put a lot of love and effort into this property. Paul and his wife were very kind, and their responses were prompt and warm. We had a wonderful time during our stay here and hope to have the chance to meet again in the future. Best wishes.

Very comfortable accommodation. It's more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Small, perfect for a couple of 2, maximum 3 people if a family. There were three of us, the little girl was very happy.

Gorgeous accommodations!!! Pristine floors and amenities, glorious view and ease to all locations as we caught the train to Monte Carlo! Met the neighbors and had a lovely time enjoying the views and surroundings. Will come again!

My husband and I very much enjoyed staying at Delphine's place - this apartment is equipped with everything you could need and very comfortably fit 2 people. Delphine met us at check in to show us where everything was in the apartment and was very flexible with check in timing. The black out blinds in the living room are excellent, making the apartment very dark for sleeping. For any super light sleepers, you can hear a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs and the cars outside but it is much quieter then any major city. Highly recommend staying here!

This apartment is all one can dream of! Perfect location—close to the ocean, the beach, a bunch of great restaurants and cafes, the Picasso museum, and has the most stunning view one can imagine. The apartment itself is very clean and lovely and is equipped with very beautiful cups and dishes. The host is very responsive and in general we are very happy and lucky to be able to have the chance to spend a few nights here! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a dreamlike experience in Antibes!

Jean-Yves is a very warm and friendly owner who responds very quickly. Upon arrival, the apartment was very clean and offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Lots of light, plenty of storage space, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of cooking equipment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very clean. Made up beds and towels were provided. Secure parking in front of the car. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, but at the same time offers peace and quiet. We greatly enjoyed our vacation and would like to thank Jean-Yves for the warm welcome and its availability. We will definitely come back!

The place was as comfortable as my home! The view was really good, and the heating was very good. The kitchen was fully equipped with a variety of tableware, so it was nice to cook by yourself:) The garage was also accessible, pleasant, and had privacy and safety! In particular, the host was so kind that I felt good from check-in to check-out! The pool was also pleasant to use and the view is great I highly recommend this place!

Top apartment, very clean with a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean. Frédéric is very responsive and was very kind and clear. Everything is well organized in the apartment so that the stay is as comfortable as possible.
