Extremely wonderful, cozy, clean and well-organized location. All rooms have air-conditioning, in this heat it made a total difference. Luís was very attentive and kind to us, always answering us super fast from the entrance to the exit. It was an amazing weekend, for sure we'll be back.

The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

Me and my family We spent four days of the Carnival holiday. The accommodation corresponds to the listing, everything working perfectly, air-conditioning and TV in all the bedrooms, kitchen utensils that serve perfectly well, very cozy barbecue area, beautiful view of the sunset, pool was clean every day. The building is well located, quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the beach. Marcio always showed up and Fabi was very dear and attentive in all our lodging, always responding immediately. I highly recommend it.

My whole family loved our stay at Ively’s house. There were 12 of us and the house had more than enough room for all of us. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and pristine. Would definitely visit again.

The house is very comfortable, clean and pleasant, we went in a large group of adults and children and we were well installed. All areas of the house are as in the description, the pool and wonderful with a good depth for the children and the kitchen and well complete, we cook a lot and do not miss a utensil. We felt at home and we wanted to go back.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, super tidy, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent: safe, quiet and easy to access. Tatiane was extremely attentive from the beginning, always ready to answer any questions with great sympathy and agility. It's a perfect place for families, with everything around: markets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. We will definitely return at a next chance!

An excellent accommodation, GREAT place! We did everything on foot, market in front, beach in front, Avelinos Bar in front, 6 blocks from the mall and you can walk along the waterfront. Everything is great! Beach service is a super differential, they assembled and disassembled the chairs and umbrellas for us, it's really worth it!

We had a setback with the check-in and she was extremely understanding, which made all the difference. The house is very faithful to the photos and close to everything, even though it is close to a more dangerous neighborhood, we felt safe and calm throughout the stay. The space has a lot of potential and could be even more welcoming and cozy with a renovation of some items and attention to the overall look, since some furniture is a little more rigid, in addition to showing some wear and tear over time. Still, this did not compromise the stay, which was very pleasant. I recommend it!

The studio has an incredible view, it was clean, well equipped with utensils, Gisele responds very quickly, the building has a foosball table, pool table, gym and a mini market, the location is very good, I certainly recommend it.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with fresh, fragrant linens. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

From the very start, the incredible support from the owners and staff, Miguel and Diva, made our stay truly special. The place offers endless possibilities to explore, surrounded by stunning nature. The swimming pool is not only refreshing but also extremely comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax. The barbecue area is fantastic for preparing a variety of meals, from grilled meats to pizzas, thanks to the well-equipped area. We also made great use of the amazing kitchen at the main house, which provided everything we needed to cook different dishes with ease. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and provided us with all the comfort we needed. We are deeply grateful to the owners and staff for this wonderful experience, and we will certainly be back in the future!

The house with a view like a soap opera, you know, waking up and seeing the sea, it was so wonderful that you opened the gate and the sea was right there in front of you, a super comfortable house with everything you needed, it even had a hair dryer, the bathrooms were like a hotel. In the kitchen, there is the option to cook, barbecue or even use the wood stove. Douglas was very attentive, Kati, who took us the key, was super communicative, we loved everything there, my family and I already want to go back.
