Vacation rentals with beach access in Mongaguá

Everything was great! Nothing to complain about, from the building staff to the residents, all cordial and attentive! The street in front of the apartment's balcony is busy, but the location is great, a few steps and we were already at the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

Apartment facing the beach, excellent location,listing corresponds with the property, there was no problem during the stay ,which is what renting a property on the beach is looking for,can go without fear of making mistakes. There are 4 beach chairs 1 sunguard 1 stroller 1 cooler in the apartment,socket 110 v.

I'll start with the host, who is super kind, answered us promptly in all questions, including when it was requested at night and on the holiday, without words!! The location is great, super quiet, very close to the beach, everything is super close, if you don't want to, you don't need to take the car out of the garage. The building has a swimming pool and an excellent court, there is a mini market that sells hot bread and the reception warns you of its arrival, and the staff are very polite. The apartment is very cozy, it accommodated my husband, my son and me very well, a large balcony and a great barbecue, I didn't cook but for those who are going to cook there is a stove. I only have compliments, you can rent without fear, you'll love it!!

The apartment is very well located, there is everything close by, including a large mall, Praiamar, which you can walk. João always responded very quickly and we had an intercurrence only with the control of the TV that was resolved promptly. All environments were very clean and organized when we arrived. In matters of kitchen items, the apartment is very well equipped. I would definitely host again.

The apartment is identical to the photo, a beauty!!! Close to the beach, a beautiful view from the living room window. Kamila is super friendly!!! I highly recommend it!! We didn't have any issues with the stay.

This was our first experience on the App…And we were happy that everything went well. As for Fernando, he was always very helpful and answered questions quickly and kindly, showing that he was ready to help. As for the apartment, we felt right at home, clean and organized environment, basic but necessary kitchen utensils. The local staff are very attentive/polite. And the beach service was the icing on the cake, we loved it. We'll definitely be back and it's already saved in our favorites. Note: Our pet loved it too 😄

My family loved it, the house is very cozy, we feel at home, we went in 10 people and accommodated everyone well, Marcela a grace, responds fast, well requests. We had no counter time during our stay. Casa Clean, new furniture, kitchenware, lined beds, in the end, everything perfect, recommend and sure at the next opportunity we will return.

My family and I loved the stay, we will definitely be back more often. Charline was super attentive, helpful and Andreia also welcomed us kindly and pointed us to the nearest shops. As for the house, it is perfect, spacious, with all the kitchen utensils (it was not necessary to bring anything), impeccable barbecue area, internet working. Shops and the beach are exactly two blocks away. The only observation is regarding cars that, depending on the size (SUV), only one fits in the garage, but you can leave the other on the street in front of the garage, no problem (do not leave on the sidewalk, subject to a fine). The house is wonderful, very spacious, has a beautiful view of the sea. The house is very well maintained, everything was very clean and organized, the kitchen is very complete with various utensils. The house has a bathroom in all rooms, comfortable beds, clean sheets and pillows, perfect accommodation. The host Solange was extremely kind and polite in all the contacts we had, she was flexible about the check-in time, she recommended local shops, she was a great person! My family and I were very satisfied with the accommodation, I recommend it and I will definitely come back more often!

Very good place, condominium well cared for and with various activities to do. Apto is well located, front c to the swimming pool.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. The apartment exceeded expectations, the only bad thing for us was the cold pool, we went in May so it was not hot, in the most everything very good, clean, the Ricardo very attentive and helpful ! staff of the building also very nice . If God will allow us to return !

I stayed with my family at the turn of the year. We liked it a lot, it really felt like we were at home. The kitchen is super modern. The air-conditioning in every room and a differential.
