Vacation rentals with a patio in Mondonville

A good value! Very clean + cozy. Cute patio. Very walkable and close to train station. I had a nice time here.

Fantastic 3 night stay, very spacious and comfortable apartment in a quiet area, but not far in foot from the Capitole area, train station and Airport bus. Nice local bar La Cabane and L'Entrocote restaurant is a must, worth the wait if there is a queue! Highly recommended apartment with great communication from the host's.

Great host, responsive and pleasant. When we got home it smelled very good and the little extra, a private welcome message left on the table with chocolate. I found it so touching. The apartment is exactly as pictured, the amenities are there. Everything was super clean and tidy. The little extra, the super nice terrace. I would recommend it without hesitation... Beautiful place!! Well renovated and with a description that represents the home very well! Beautiful neighborhood. Small points to improve but which do not change my satisfaction. Emails in 4 different languages end up confusing us instead of guiding us. The code provided didn't work so we had to use the "emergency" key. The air conditioning wasn't working. Looking forward to it and thanks for everything!!!

The apartment is as described, it is 15 minutes from the center. The terrace is a plus because there is no opposite and quiet. All in a very secure residence, parking is appreciated as well. The beds are comfortable and plenty of storage in the accommodation. i would recommend it without hesitation!!

Charlotte and Sébastien's accommodation is peaceful, spacious and as described. The jacuzzi is a real plus of the accommodation. Board games and outdoor games allow you to disconnect in the middle of the Gers wheat fields. We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant relaxing time.

This is the second time we have come to this accommodation and we have not been disappointed! The cleanliness of it makes the place even better. It's really simple on the day of check-in. Really no complaints!

This stay in Nizas on a weekend wentvery well. Itwas too short. I already want to go back:-) The Property is really good. You can enjoy a beautiful exterior in the countryside overlooking the Pyrenees. I booked this place for my daughter who was taking her competitions at Paul Sabatier University. The apartment is in a very good location, functional and matches the photos. To emphasize, very warm welcome and explanation of the points of interest and the transport network.

In Toulouse for a wedding, we were 2 couples with two children for 3 bedrooms, perfect for a stay. Clean and useful accommodation, nice terrace. Very responsive owner, great information, I would recommend it

The accommodation is very nice, everything is there, to feel good! Sandrine has everything in her home for parents, grandparents and children, lots of toys, books, games etc... the bedroom with a double bed is perfect for hosting them. The kitchen is great, nothing is missing, the living area is pleasant with a nice outdoor courtyard. As described, trains pass nearby but it remains bearable on the terrace and once inside with windows closed, no discomfort. I would recommend this place, we were hosted very well step by step remotely. Thanks to Sandrine and Alex

Lynda's airbnb rental is exactly as pictured- and as she freely admits in her own words-it is not a grand and country quiet estate. But...it is very clean, nicely equipped for those who wish to do meals at “home” and (Overall and compared to many other comparable units in historic centers) quiet. The patio is a nice place to sit and enjoy your evening salad 🥗 and a glass of vin rouge 🍷 Linda goes out of her way to be communicative and helpful. Having some English news channels available - as well as streaming services- is always welcome for the wind-down before slumber Lynda always seems to leave her guests a couple of treats and a “welcome” bottle of wine- and her Airbnb is (literally)- across the street (and a couple doorways down) from the Toulouse Matabiau train station Lynda offers a great value for those seeking to enjoy all the wonders of walkable city center Toulouse. Enjoy!

Minimalist apartment, spacious and bright. The living room opens onto a balcony that is not overlooked, and well oriented. Huge TV screen. The Wifi works well. You can easily find (I was there on weekdays) a parking space near the entrance of the residence (the one I found was 3 meters away... great for unloading and reloading the car). Ophelie accepted me, at the last moment, with my 2 small dogs, I thank her warmly. I found the mattress in the room a little hard for my taste. I appreciated being able to stay until noon.
