Coming for a wedding, we spent little time in the house (2 nights), however we could see that it is comfortable (including bedding), impeccably clean and well equipped. The three bathrooms are a real plus as well as the garden and veranda. Sarah is a very friendly and responsive host. Our short stay was very nice.

We come for the 2nd time, always impeccable accommodation, small touches, good communication, ideal for a small family, perfect accommodation for several days of vacation, 20 km from Puy du Fou, peaceful, quiet, you can sleep with the windows open without being disturbed by noise or mosquitoes. If we ever have to go back to Puy du Fou, we'll know where to go.

Quietly located, this small house is 15 minutes from the city center on foot. It was perfect for us with the small private garden.

Short but great stay at Josette and Christian's. Ideally located 5 min drive to Puy du Fou Park and 200 m to an Intermarché. The place matches the photos. Everything is made to feel good there. Great welcome

clean, well-decorated accommodation. all the necessary items are available, cellophane, cotton, cotton swab, laundry, tea, coffee, it's nice to have everything available for a short stay because we're not going to pack our suitcase and we're not going to do a lot of shopping. The only thing that bothered me is the front door which is not at all secure because it has a bad lock and has a hole blocked with tape so between the insecurity and the soundproofing the front door really deserves to be changed.

I go down to Ismael often, and it's always perfect. Go there without so much as a second thought!!!

Although we had a very short time at Pascal's, because of the reason we were on the go, we were delighted. The place is clean, true to the photos. Pascal is responsive and kind, although we were not able to meet directly, the exchange was pleasant. Thank you!

Accommodation that suited our wishes. Possible to forget about the car thanks to the proximity to the city center and buses (which are also free). I'll keep this property in mind for a future stay.

I am delighted with my stay, I was able to receive the keys directly by hand, which allowed me to communicate with the host and get all the details! Sarah was very kind and accommodating! As for the accommodation, I have nothing to say, it is well-appointed, functional, comfortable, warm… and the terrace is a real plus when there is sun! In addition, it is ideally located in Niort. I recommend it.

We were hosted very well upon arrival by Patrick's wife. She gave us all the information we needed for a pleasant stay. Thank you for the good homemade jams, a treat. This cottage is ideal for visiting Puy Du Fou.

We had a great time! As soon as we arrived, Freddy was kind enough to let us drop off our belongings in the morning, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped, modern and comfortable, with very nice little extras: lighting with remote control, automatic gates, quality sheets and towels... Ideally located only 20 minutes from Puy du Fou, it's perfect for enjoying beautiful days while having a quiet accommodation. For the price, it's really a great opportunity. Freddy is a very responsive, attentive and friendly host. We'll be happy to go back!
