Accommodation adjoining that of the owner, 400 m from one of the most beautiful oak forests in Europe. Family house restored with healthy materials (earth, lime, local wood, hemp, terracotta tiles...) On the ground floor, a 26 m2 living room equipped with a full kitchen and a wood stove, sofa bed for 2 extra beds and bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Upstairs, a large 25 m2 bedroom, 160 x 200 bed and 1 single bed + a crib.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Located close to all amenities , ( shops, tobacco, etc.) and accessible with two bus stops at the front and back, 5 min from the tram, the studio is in a quiet residential building, secure on the 3rd floor with elevator. The studios include a double bed kitchenette with everything you need, fridge, microwave, dining table for two ,closets. Shower , toilet .

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival
