We had a good time at Olfa's place. He was kind enough to pick us up at the Louage Station so getting to the apartment was a breeze. When we arrived he gave us a brief tour and left us with a nice plate of fruit. :-) Everything about our stay was fine and matched our expectations for an AirBnB in Tunisia. The WiFi and the A/C worked and we even had water 24/7, which is not always a given in Tunisia! Olfa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The neighborhood is not all that exciting, but you can certainly find bakeries, cafés, shops, (small) supermarkets, and restaurants in the area and you can easily walk to some nearby beaches.

A place that aspires to tranquility was at rest. A few cables from a beautiful beach with turquoise waters, the house offers calm and remains conducive to rest. Our hosts were very responsive and attentive. We will come back!

Excellent communication with the host. We were always asked about our well-being and tips for restaurants and the like were also given. Clean apartment and great stay. Some restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Bus stop practically outside the door. The only negative point is unfortunately the nearby beach, which stinks of sewage and unfortunately is also very dirty, which is typical for Tunisia.

We spent one night there. The location is very central, especially in the evening if you want to walk around. The tourist area is easily accessible with a taxi. The apartment is well suited to spend a few days. We thank Zizou for her kindness and availability.

We only stayed one night, but the apartment was great for our purposes, and was clean and comfortable. It is right on the beach in an area that is still being developed. Communication and assistandlce fron Ahmed was excellent.

Welcoming and attentive hosts. The house has all the necessary vase to have a good stay. The rooms are large and the house is equipped with 3 air conditioners. The wifi works perfectly. Thanks to a tank system, we did not have a water outage. I recommend without hesitation

Easy to find the accommodation by noting on the GPS Monoprix M 'saken, we call Rachida who arrives very quickly and accompanies us in 2 minutes to her home. It is located on a very quiet street, the rooms are huge and well decorated, the bedding is comfortable. M 'saken is well located for visiting El Jem, Monastir and Kairouan without having to change places to sleep, ideal for us who were going from Djerba to Tunis. Rachida is very responsive to our questions and accommodating in terms of check-in and check-out times. In addition, she is very welcoming like all the Tunisians we met during our stay and gave us home specialties that we enjoyed. I completely recommend this accommodation, very good value for the money. Thank you very much. PS: we will try to visit the organic farm again.

Adam welcomed us and showed us the activities around his accommodation like a tour guide, I recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in Monastir and I congratulate Adam because he was always attentive to us from the beginning to the end of our stay. The residence is beautiful, with underground parking, two swimming pools and security (guard at the entrance). The apartment is of high standing and ideally located. I highly recommend this accommodation whether for a family or for several people.

We spent 1 week at Catherine's and the place is exactly as advertised. The interior is a little old-fashioned in its style but we didn't mind, we felt like we were on vacation in a family home. Everything is very spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped to cook small dishes "like at home". Special mention for the garden where we enjoyed having breakfast among the beautiful lemon trees. The location is on a quiet street but very convenient to have a bakery, grocery stores and greengrocers nearby and just a little further a dairy with very good cheese. The sea is just a 15-minute walk away with pretty spots to discover, wilder than closer to the center of Monastir. If you are looking for a quiet place to spend time living to the Tunisian rhythm, this is the right place, which is also very good value for money. Mehdi was there when we needed it.

The apartment was perfect, clean, quiet. A small park just downstairs that delighted my son. The pools were not functional but out of season so normal. We had a great time in Avignon! Plan to use a car because there's not much around but it allows you to be quiet. Thank you for everything! A property to remember. 😁

Everything was really good.. Host was very responsive and flat was lovely. The only thing was that I would have like to be told that the swimming pools were closed. I chose this place mainly for the kids and we couldn't enjoy the facilities. But apart from that, all was good

I fly to Tunisia every summer. It was the best vacation I've had in the last 20 years! This accommodation simply offers you such an incredible atmosphere that you can't imagine. Everything there that you need to really enjoy the vacation. For questions and help, someone was immediately there to help us. I will fly there again this year just for the accommodation, even if it is for a few days, because this place has become a part of my life

The house was spacious, with big garden and a nice pool, and well maintanted. It was calm and clean, it is a very good option for a family who wants to spends their vacation in Monastir. The host was welcoming and very responsive to our demands. highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment ideal for a couple, private, with beach views. Located in a quiet location, it is only 5 minutes drive to the best restaurant in Mahdia.

Great stay at Walid's, the apartment looks like the photos, very tidy and especially spacious and very well located. Walid is really friendly and accommodating, we asked to leave a little later, he agreed:) I recommend this host and we plan to come back next summer 😊

Very nice stay, we will be coming back:) Just 2 notes: Maintenance of air conditioners cleaning filters and indoor units due to signs of mold. Change the fridge which is too small, it works but the fridge was without door and generates ice which makes the fridge space still minimal.

We felt welcome and comfortable. Anastasia was nice and easy to reach when we needed. The building is in a great location near to everything you need and close to the beach. I would come back for sure and i definitely recommend it.
